Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow. However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom. I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality.

The property denied any relation with Expedia. I could not stay at this location and that is the reason I booked Taj Deccan the same date. Pls look into it and process my refund. I’m not able to get in touch with Expedia.

Lobby filled with cigarette smell, 1 out of 3 rooms which I booked didn’t meet expectations, faucet wasn’t working, room wasn’t serviced before I checked-in, have to ask for toiletries the moment I checked-in. Breakfast buffet could’ve been better for 3-star rated property.

It was only night stay, so can't comment much. But hotel was good, room where good.

I had a great experience at The Park Continental, the room was clean and spacious, the staff we're friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a great selection of local dishes!

I stayed just for one night. Found to be pleasant. Liked the ambiance and breakfast. There is no blanket when i checked in but on calling reception, i got it in 5 minutes which is appreciable. Front office staff found to be good. Best part is connectivity to both city and airport.

Hotel is okay but internet is terrible, I had better access via my phone than hotel wifi. Breakfast is typical south Indian choices, boiled eggs is the only protein offered. Overall, its ok if you want to stay in close proximity to the city but definitely not recommended if you're planning to stay more than a couple of days or internet dependence.
