Nice place

Fabulous hotel. Really beautiful breakfast and lobby. But why do they keep it at 65 degrees?! I couldn't stand it and needed a sweater.

The hotel was old and beautiful.

I was overcharged and completely misled. I was given breakfast vouchers during my stay - yet I was still charged the full amount, of the breakfast fees for the each day. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed it on the fact that I didn’t book directly with them. That’s unacceptable. If I had known I’d be charged anyway, I never would have eaten at the breakfast spot. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The gal at check-in must’ve missed the memo on hospitality—zero smiles, zero help. The AC? More like a humidifier in disguise. But hey, the bed was dreamy and the location? Chef’s kiss. If there’s a wedding going on, you will hear the party—but honestly, we loved the vibe. Plus, plenty of fun walkable spots to check out, so it evens out!

Excellent service

We stayed here on a Saturday night. It was quiet we didn’t see many other people. The room was clean and huge. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was well worth the little extra cost. The location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go was perfect!

Beautiful hotel and the beds are so comfortable!! Love the shower too! Restaurant downstairs was really good!

The hotel itself was very nice, but don't bother with the breakfast. It said free breakfast, but yet you pay more for it. The breakfast was not worth it at all. Not only was the food not that great, the portions were small, and the service was so slow, we had to ask to get our check out extended.

Loved the 1920's feel of the hotel even though it was extensively remodeled. Would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel Northland Autograph Collection in Green Bay, WI is fabulous! I stayed for only 1 night from 3/28/25-3/29/25 because I was only in town for 1 night but I will definitely stay again. The hotel decor is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfy. The hotel was apparently built in 1924 and has clearly been renovated but some of the original features have been kept though not operational (e.g., a mail chute and a shoe shine stand). Loved it.

Was a good stay. The room was clean and organized and the fitness was nice. Enjoyed Poke the Bear also.
