This hotel is in a good location if you like to be close to the beach. The rooftop terrace provides great views over the ocean with beautiful sunset. Rooms are very spacious, clean and friendly designed. The staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout my entire stay. Especially Sakuni (Sakuu) was very kind and took good care of me. 最上階のバーは、いつもclosedしていた。 でも、瓶の飲み物を持っていって開けるのを頼んだら、冷えたグラスと一緒に持ってきてくれた。 700mのところに、サーフィンビーチもあり、夕陽を見ながら地元価格の食事もできました。

Front desk was bit off putting rather dismissive. Room was over railway track and shabby backend of hotel....horrid actually. Front of hotel has lovely view of bay. I doubt very much the htel was ful as we saw few people and was mid week..they could have put us in room with a view. Quite a ways from Galle central/fort...not walkable and nothing much to do near this hotel. Lovely rooftop resto though.

The room was excellent with balcony and sea views. Very peaceful and relaxing. Located near shops and restaurants. If only the staff were a bit friendly then it would have been even nicer. The only other thing that would have made it perfect was the lack of hand towels in the bathroom.
