Perfect, the staff was really friendly and helped me a lot.

Everything was perfect, the staff are very nice. As re commendation if you have big luggage contact the hotel and tell them what time you’ll be there so they can send the elevator or else you’ll have to carry your luggage up 3 floors.

Amazing stay! Great staff, upgraded it us to a bigger room free of charge!

excellent place if prepare to visit The Egyptian Museum in Cairo

I have been to over 12 different hotels in the downtown area, this is be far one of my favorites. Doa’a and Mostafa are amazing and extremely helpful.

Don’t be put off by the ramshackle appearance of the entrance to the building. the hotel on the third floor is immaculate. The rooms are elegant with chandeliers and polished wooden floors. The bed is comfortable

Very central good hotel.

Conveniently located near Tahrir square and across the street of the Egyptian museum. It was very easy to walk around the area, and the rooms were in good shape and were pretty nice looking. The staff was helpful, although English was a bit of a challenge at times. I would note the entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, as most drivers didn't know where it was. In addition, it is on the third floor of what looked like an older building, and the elevator was not obvious to find. Overall, it was a good stay for the time in Cairo, and the room was nice. But beyond the breakfast, expect just the room and help from the front desk.

Great place for the price. Location is near a major road so it can get a bit noisy, and the entrance has no sign until you walk up to the 2nd floor which should be added to the listing information. But the rooms and staff were nice.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Egypt and had a mixed experience. The rooms are well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the constant noise from the nearby road was a significant drawback, especially for light sleepers. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. While the road noise is something to consider, especially if you’re a light sleeper, the excellent service provided by the staff was a highlight of our visit.

The rooms are located in a two-hundred year old building that cannot be altered by government decree. The entry area is disconcerting, and at first I was not sure I was in the right place - it is old and industrial.There is a lift that requires a fob so be prepared to lug your bag up at least three flights of stairs to reception until you get your key. Once there, your hosts will help with everything - they are warm and delightful. Each room is unique and has comfortable bed, nice linens, tv, refrigerator, bottled water, kettle, bathroom with shower. The rooms face a busy intersection and due to the restrictions on modification, new glass cannot be put in. Your host will give you earplugs or bring your own. I stayed four nights and was used to the traffic by day two. Breakfast option is available for a very reasonable cost. Brought warm to your room. A surprising addition. The location is perfect for the Egyptian Museum and the American University. Uber is very inexpensive but remember license plates are in Arabic numerals, so be sure you get in the correct car. I was there in January but the place was super busy with visitors from all around the world. This was a very nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

O staff é prestativo. O gerente é o ponto máximo ( se esforça muito para resolver tudo mas ) mas o hotel precisa de investimento em modernização e detalhes nas comodidades. Tomadas, suporte para toalhas, toalhas velhas, aquecedor do chuveiro mantém a água por pouco tempo, banheiros sem tomadas,espelho do banheiros, bons secadores de cabelo e um melhor breakfast pois o que é servido é melhor nem oferecer. Evite o quarto OSÍRIS I, é o pior.

We had an excellent stay at the Tahrir Plaza Suites. The positives: 1) The location is great, lots of sights are walkable and it's close to the Subway plus loads of restaurants in the area. 2) The staff were really helpful and kind. 3) The room was clean and had everything we needed. The less good bits: 1) There is pretty constant traffic noise for those rooms nearest the road so we needed earplugs in the evening (no big deal for 4 nights), 2) The hotel is on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) but first appearances the entrance and 2nd floor look run down but bear with it, hotel is perfectly fine. I would recommend taking the hotel taxi from the airport to the hotel so you're not searching around for the hotel when you arrive. It's approx double an uber but honestly its worth it. You can alway get an uber back to the Airport when you depart.

We stayed here for one night in Jan 2025 before our flight back home. From outside, it's difficult to guess that it's a hotel. There is a small signboard, and the entrance to the building and taking the elevator to the lobby on the second floor makes you question your life choices. Once you're in the lobby, you do finally feel like it's a hotel you booked. It's a boutique hotel with brightly painted walls, antique furniture, and rooms that are named after ancient Egyptian Gods, which is a nice touch. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable, but the extra bed in the room was almost falling apart with a bend in the middle. The bathroom is huge with a large bathtub. Hot water in the wash basin kept going hot by itself, and I burned myself twice with scalding hot water. It takes a bit of figuring out and being careful. We were in the Amun Ra room, and traffic noise was so much that it felt like you're sitting on the street. You can hear the cars and honking all-night-long! I am a light sleeper and had to use my noise canceling headphones just to be able to sleep at night. For this reason alone, I would not want to stay here again or be able to recommend the hotel. They really need to work on soundproofing the room. The other issue with the hotel room was mosquitoes. We got bitten multiple times and our neck, face, and arms were covered with mosquito bites. Hotel is minutes away from the Egyptian Museum, and that made it convenient to visit.

蚊がたくさんいます。かなり警戒して毎日過ごしました。あと、シャワーカーテンがないので便器まで水が飛び散り、浴室は大変なことになります。スタッフの方は皆とても親切でした。

Good stay in the center on Cairo.

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de atracciones y lugares adecuados. No son suites lo que ofrece sino habitaciones pequeñas. Pedimos el desayuno y nunca llegó.
