Un grand complexe hôtelier qui répond à des procédures …… j’ai fait le choix de cet hôtel avec un peu de regret à posteriori On ne peut pas garer arrêter sa voiture plus de 10 mn devant l’hôtel sans que le vigile arrive, on ne peut pas avoir une box petit déjeuner pour prendre son avion tôt (bien qu’il était compris dans notre prix) etc…..etc…

We stayed one night before catching an early ferry to La Gomera. Check in easy and room while large, basic and affordable, could be cleaner (the floor left our feet dirty). Bed and pillow could be more comfortable. Hairdryer overheated and did not work. Positives are the room was very quiet. After check out we went for a quick coffee at breakfast before catching our ferry. We were stared at by staff throughout breakfast and stopped at the door when we prepared a small sandwich to take with us to our journey. It was explained to us the hotel management policy was no food to be taken and the food was taken from us and put into a bin. This is disgraceful policy, there is more food than sense at this huge buffet breakfast, the hotel management saved €1 in food and lost our custom. Our recommendation is offer a small takeout option for a small charge and stop your greedy and unreasonable practice. It is very unfair for your staff to have to police the breakfast buffet due to this ‘issue’. We hope the management at least give this food to their employees and save the rest of this waste going to the bin.

Personnel très courtois. Chambre très propre, belle vue golf, calme. Point négatif: manque de décoration pour être joli, manque de couleurs. Bâtiment vieillissant (surtout les couloirs) mais cependant bien entretenu.

Room was ok, basic we had the duplex apartment. The view is ver the front of the hotel was ok! No kettle which was annoying. Two single beds put together all be comfy annoying!

Helpful staff on reception. Spacious rooms and balcony’s in a peaceful setting away from the busy tourist drag. My only negative is the scrum at breakfast which was saved for me by the cheerful and helpful Moroccan egg chef.

The hotel was well looked after and very clean.

Clean comfortable room, polite friendly and attentive staff, great facilities. Very good selection for breakfast. Pool area was well maintained. Approx15 minute walk downhill to main bars/restaurants, slightly longer coming back up but a nice walk, did get a taxi on one occasion only €6 would definitely stay again.

the 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous overlooking the golf course. it was so clean and so much more than we expected for the price we paid. breakfast was fine but we used to take a taxi into Golden Mile for dinner which was lovely - only 7euro in the taxi each way. a really good 3 night break - thank you

Ottimo hotel in posizione raggiungibile meglio in auto che con i mezzi pubblici visto che c'è un po da camminare a piedi. Fantastiche le piscine riscaldate e grandi, buona la cena e la camera era pulita e confortevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo
