Friendly staff. Istak and all the others were very helpful with whatever we needed. Also the folks at the attractions were great in guiding us.

Sooo bad team and service

An amazing getaway from the city with plenty to do. Either spend time outdoors relaxing or taking on the numerous activities. A great way to detox from city and IT and enjoy nature.

A unique place to stay. It is probably best suited for travelers with pre-teen kids. Food options are somewhat limited. The shower didn't drain properly and management was unable to fix it during our stay, which was disappointing.

Our stay is amazing! Staff are very friendly and service is great. The facilities are all great. I just think a bit overpriced but the stay around this environment tops it off. With the price I think some improvement needed on items available in the dome eg. Bbq materials, first aid kit, slippers, comb etc. Some info materials on the risks around the area and how to do first aid, what to do? who to call? Emergency numbers etc. We’ve found the Arabian Fat tail scorpion, it was fun! But it would be great to have booklet for awareness on what risks around with all the activities.

The lodge was amazing! Only the available food options are not very good.

Very nice experience and worth it. Suite was clean, and it has a sofa bed for 2 children. Buggy reaches fast when requested. There is a barbecue area for every cabin, but we didn't use it. There are a lot of kids activities.

Great escape for couples and family's. Quite area and well maintained. There is space for BBQ and the service is perfect.
