Ideal location in Thamel…very good staff! Our room was very comfortable and relaxing. Very good cafe/restaurant.

Very nice staff. Excellent room with a large balcony overlooking the street below. My travel companion had an early morning departure and the front desk arranged breakfast to go. How thoughtful ! My breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was great. We will definitely stay here again.

I must say it was a wonderful experience! the front desk crews were really helpful in all my needs (booking taxi ,etc.) rooms were 15/10 and the restaurant food 15/10 Worth every penny and good for seniors and super clean and place to be in ! タメル地区の中心地のあり交通の便や食事場所などを探すに困ることはない場所です。しかし施設周辺のクラブなどの騒音がひどく深夜も続いていたため睡眠できませんでした。また、施設スタッフの対応は意外と画一的で柔軟な対応は望めません。 朝食は5品目から選べますが全て欧米式のもので周博客は部屋で食べることも可能です。アメニティや清掃関連では配置忘れや不足部分が多くありました。

Terribly noisy at night. No sound proofing. Didn’t sleep a wink

The hotel is classy and new. However, there was practically no window in my room as it wasn't see-through and could not be opened. Also, there was horrible noise from the construction next door throughout the day and horrible noise from the rock bar next door all night.

The hotel is very nice and clean. However, some of the rooms face directly into the bar across the street and is very noisy during the night. There is also construction going on next door and is very noisy in the rooms on that side. We asked staff specifically for a more quiet room and they gave us a room next to the construction and when we asked for another room because of the noise from the construction, they pretended as if they had no clue about what we were talking. If the guide from our agency had not pushed for it, they would not have moved us. Buyer beware,

The hotel is very nice but we had a room that faced the bar across the street and it was extremely noisy during most of the night. Breakfast used to be better three years ago when they had a buffet.

Really good hotel deal in Thamel, go for a premium room to get a city view with large windows, top staff and food!

Great hotel - clean, good food, super nice staff, central location. Highly recommended! After trying a few hotels I think this is your best value / one of the best value in Kathmandu.

I love this place and the staff that make it so welcoming - I travel to Kathmandu a lot for work and holidays and I always book in here. It’s a beautiful building, right in the heart of Thamel, and the staff go the extra mile wothout exception to make sure each stay is as comfortable as the last - they’re particularly good at helping with logistics and they’re always smiling! Can’t wait to come back to Nepal.

Staff were nice & friendly and breakfast was very good. Can request breakfast take away if early check out for trekking.

Nice hotel, with well decorated rooms, comfortable bed and good reataurant attached. A few issues, however: hotel is next to a bar/club that played loud music to 3am, the shower did not drain and the coffee served at breakfast was cold. Aside from these, a comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

I like the location and the room however there were no drawers to keep my clothes and the room facing the bar in front was noisy perhaps better sound insulation will be appreciated. The food was great and has always been my favorite place to eat even when the hotel was under construction during my last visit.

3泊しました。素敵なインテリアに惹かれて選びました。シャワーのお湯が5分待たないと出ないタイミングがありましたが、おおむね良かったです。 スタッフも親切で、帰り空港までのタクシーをお願いすると、ホテル専用カーで予定時間よりも早く待っていてくれて感動しました。1250ルピーでした。(ホテルに頼んだせいか、カードでの支払いも出来ました) 部屋がシティ側の2階だったので、向かいにあるライブハウスの音が夜になると聞こえ、神経質な方にはシティ側ではない部屋にリクエストした方が良いです。(シティ側ではない部屋だった友人はさほど気にならなかったようでした) また、金曜の夜はとくに音量もあがり、人によっては辛いかもしれません。翌朝受付にその旨伝えると、金曜の夜はどうしても…という答えでした。 隣接しているカフェで朝食が食べられますが、中庭が素敵なので外で食べようと出るとハエが沢山いたので(時期によるかもしれませんが)オススメしません。 気づいた点を色々書きましたが、ポイントを押さえればとても快適に過ごせるホテルでオススメです。
