Not what I thought it would be

Great staff and location, comfortable room. Food was okay, not great

Great view and shaded balcony. Everything was great and deserved 5 stars until the day before last when our room lock no longer locked the room. Terrible feeling to have our room open while we were out. We wasted hours while they tried to repair but couldn’t. We are still waiting for a credit for one night on my credit card. Furthermore they did not give the $40 food/drinks credit promised when we booked. Will keep you posted if they make it right.

Fantastic hotel, staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, restaurant had exceptional food and drnks. The room was superb with incredible views. Hotel B Unique is highly recommended.

Camera con vista mare incredibile. Pulizia ottima. Staff impeccabile, Marco ci ha aiutati in tutto ciò che ci serviva. Ristorante ottimo, si mangia molto molto bene. Unica piccola pecca, qualche parte dell’hotel aveva qualche segno del tempo. L hotel é un pó fuori dal centro quindi servono i mezzi per potersi muovere.

Staff was incredible, food incredible, room spotless. Going back again next time! (Also very dog friendly)

Habitación bien

Skønt hotel, smukkeste faciliteter alt fra en lækker pool til udsigten med solopgange udover vandet samt at kunne snorkle direkte i havet ved hotellet. Personalet var super hjælpsomme og især David M var virkelig behjælpelig.

They were doing construction and playing loud music on the 6th floor, didn’t get good sleep as a result.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and the food is also great. The free breakfast is not as great as the menu of the other meals. Pool area is really nice. It’s a bit outside town and costs you 150 pesos to go the 3 min drive. Town is dead once the cruise ships leaves in late afternoon and early evening

The view is the best. Snorkeling is perfect right at hotel. The rooms and balconies are amazing. Staff is good. Would be great if they would put a list for phone, wifi and tv guide in the rooms.

Excelente atención y limpieza

Todo muy lindo, recomendable

La habiatacion muy linda. Nos gustó mucho el que sea de adultos y eso lo hace tranquilo. Música en vivo en la cena muy agradable. El desayuno variado y delicioso. No hay mucho que hacer en la propiedad. Es más para descansar. Sentimos la carta un poco limitada al tipo de alimentos y se fue la luz por un largo tiempo el lo que estábamos allí.

Rooms clean and excellent staff in all areas

L’Hotel est un peu vieillot. Surtout la salle de bains. Le restaurant, très pauvre en choix de menu. Le service au petit déjeuner est lamentable. Personnel non qualifié, qui court dans tous les sens et fait tout à l’envers.Le service du ménage est excellent (un petit clin d’œil à Mari la femme de ménage)..👍👍.. Nous ne reviendrons dans cet Hôtel. À déconseiller, car beaucoup trop éloigné de toutes commodités.
