The property was dated and in an area where there is a few homeless people hanging out but very clean stuff was great. I felt safe. It was a fantastic hotel.

By far the cleanest Baymont inside, king bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had decent choices. Parking garage underneath the building is nice to escape the heat. Didn’t like that the area around the property was teeming with homeless people. Price was fair for location and time of year.

Great hotel for Hoopfest. Very accommodating staff and nice breakfast. We’ll be back next year!!

The help at the front desk was amazing!!!

Big different from the pictures. Over price for the hotel. The smell inside the room wasn’t pleasant. We need to spray some perfume to get rid of the smell. The noise come from the street are loud.

This is our third year for Hoopfest and always enjoy Baymont. Breakfast is great. The customer service is outstanding! Such helpful staff. Special shoutout to Deb, Desiree, Olga, and Auna because they were especially helpful! We are already booked for next year and am looking forward to it!!!

I love it! It was quiet beds were nice! The A/c kept us nice and cool! We definitely hope to book with you guys every year for hoopfest weekend:))

Very limited parking. Outside of property grungy. Breakfast area cramped

Our room was very clean and the staff friendly. But the area around the property - there were a lot of "homeless" hanging out around it and we were concerned about our vehicles. They would walk through the parking lot frequently, day and night and this concerned us. Plus there wasn't much served for breakfast, no fruit, minimal yogurts. But nice waffle and pancake makers!

Secure parking garage. And decent room to relax.

Clean but small. No way to get past each other at the foot of the bed. Service was great. Breakfast was fine. Easy to get to off the highway. That part of town seemed too sketchy to go for a walk.

The 2nd floor room seemed recently renovated and was clean. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast now includes 2 waffle irons and a pancake machine which I did not see during my stay in October. The transient population was much more prevalent in the downtown area in June than it was in October. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No one at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for her. There were other guests waiting to check in. Would not stay here again. Scary neighborhood
