Still waiting for my 200 deposit back Othet than that it was fine Ashley was AMAZING

The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site. Bathroom only has hand towels, beds were made, tv doesn’t work, there’s garbage in the can and the bathroom was not cleaned. Closer inspection there’s dried urine down both sides of the toilet and it’s dusty and there’s hair on the floor around the toilet. Bathroom counter and the table aren’t even wiped off either. At that time of night and no options close plus fully paid on Expedia, there’s no where else to go. I did use the shower and twice the hot water cut off giving me a freezing cold blast before you can turn it off. So that was fun. Next day I called the owner / new manager who did not care did not even apologize just gave excuses it was a busy weekend and he said well you stayed in the room so no refund. Like I had a choice was I going to go sleep in my vehicle!

To reach the accommodation floor requires many stairs - more than one normal floor making it unsuitable for elderly or disabled. Beds were comfortable enough. I was fortunate to be as far from the bar as possible but I suspect nearer rooms would notice the noise of late night entertainment. The semi-portable AC unit was adequate but loud. The room had an unadvertised fridge that was inoperative - I would have appreciated it working. The room seemed clean but had mild stale odour.

Lovely girl did our intake. The place was kept clean although the air conditioning unit was placed in front of the window and kept having the tube fall off (extremely hot room)

Close to nwr

We knew it was a hotel above a pub, so this was not unexpected at all: but be prepared for music to be on till the bar closes. We were put in a room that was far from the pub, so it wasn't that bad. The bar tender was very kind and et us check in after the check in dead line w which we appreciated very much.

The room was great but I booked it for my brother and he is a senior and had trouble with the stairs.

Couldn't stand the smell. There was an awful odour of burnt cooking gease, even permeating every pat of the room.

Horrible hotel - air conditioner was a portable that was duct taped to cardboard - curtains didn't meet to close out outside light - noise from the tavern directly under our room with karaoke till 3 AM. No glass - paper or otherwise - had to go to our car to get our used coffee cup to be able to have a drink of water

We really love the Hotel it was very Accommodating. And very friendly i will stay here again Thank you so much.

No one told us that there would be no staff there all weekend . We didn’t get to have any extra towels and couldn’t even get to reach anyone by phone

Staff were very nice. Room clean. Extremely noisy. Bar downstairs. Very loud music until 3:30am. This was a Friday night, perhaps this only occurs on weekends? I was able to find another hotel for Saturday night but had unfortunately prepaid through Expedia. If you joined the party I suppose it would be a great place to stay.

No ac room was hot

The room was little bit noisy as well the air conditioner and the beds too. For one night is not to bad but if you will spend more then one night I maybe look for a different place.

All Good Cooperative Staff

We didn't enjoy our stay at all. First, the cable wouldnt work so we couldn't use the tv, and our room was right over the bar and the music was so loud and people were outside smoking and were super loud. We didnt get very much sleep. The shower head wasnt working and water went everywhere when we tried to shower- all over the bathroom, and the bathtub was very dirty looking.

No soap in the room and extremely hot in the room. Place was very quiet!!!
