The location it is great, this is my second time here, the customer service was excellent, hotel was clean room service was outstanding.

Paid via Hotels.com/Expedia and then charged again on check-in having been told Expedia didn’t go through. Checked my statement and have indeed been charged twice. Today charged a third time for one night. Hotels.com promised a refund in 72 hours and still not forthcoming

The hotel and staff were quite nice. I spent two days. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. A variety to chose from. Overall a great stay, would definitely return whenever visiting Riyahd. Special thanks to Ibrahim who assisted me with my luggage and was very helpful providing places of interest to visit.

It was overall a good experience staying in Centro, Olaya. It is located at a convenient location from where metro is easily accessible, decent restaurants are located nearby and there is a shopping mall in close vicinity. I would specially like to mention about Hajar, who is very courteous and customer oriented

Nice place to stay. Swimming pool and the rest area on the 8th floor are good, and you can enjoy great views from there. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is very professional and attentive. Saudi coffee and flavored ice water at the reception every day. Walking distance to western fast food like KFC, local caffes, grocery stores and a shopping mall. Worked well for me.

Super Hotel in most convenient location - as a regular visitor to Riyadh this ticked all my boxes on 5 stars for location, quality, service & budget - so good have rebooked for return journey in early November

The hotel has a wonderful roof top bar, where I can enjoy a nice view of Al-Faisaliah tower, and cafeteria in GF as well. Also, the breakfirst was also perfect for me! Hope to stay again when my next visit for Riyadh.

Good

Some employees from the reception are very friendly and customer oriented, some not. The bathroom had defects (shower head, plughole) and I asked two times for fixing it, but nothing happended. The swimming pool was closed and could not be used. Very good breakfast and nice service team!

It is centrally located property close to all active places in Riyadh. The staff is amazing and breakfast has excellent variety. The service staff at breakfast area are amazing people, always ready to assist. Overall excellent experience with them.

This is 4 star hotel and Price compared to 5 star hotel is expensive. I moved to interconnected hotel with 200 SR less

The reception dtaff were extremey professional and helpful. Breakasft was great and Shuham looked after my every need in the restaurant. Will use this hotel for all my future trips.

The only thing that I don’t like about the hotel is that the delivery guy can’t deliver the food upstairs and the staff can’t bring it upstairs as well, i need to go downstairs every time
