Wir hatten nur einen 4 Tage Aufenthalt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal war super freundlich hilfsbereit und nett. Die Bars sind verbesserungsfähig. Auch das Zimmer war schön und geräumig aber muffig und wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, dadurch auch eine kleine Ameisen Armee als Gast. Aber was gar nicht geht sind die Liegen am Strand ( alle kaputt oder durchgelegen)und wenn man zum Meer wollte musste man erst durch ganz viel Kamelkot laufen. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus geht das gar nicht.

The beach was very beautiful the location is about 22km from Agadir city the food was ok the service was average but very limited choices at the bar cheap liquors nasty wine and only one choice of beer. The entertainment was very limited the shows were very boring. I recommend this place for no more than three night because is can of boring.

Got a refund on my reservation and moved hotel within hours of arriving. DEFINITELY should not be considered 5*

Was a great place, great amenities, amazing staff, took care of us, very clean et beautiful resort and the location is perfect, had so many activities for kids ! ⚠️But the WiFi was terrible. Probably the worst I seen in such nice place..

On était obligé d appeler la réception pour demander le changement des couvre draps des couve lits et de nettoyer la chambre . Les services ne sont pas dignes d un hôtel aussi cher que le vôtre. Ca serait ma dernière fois ou je mettrais les pieds dans cet hôtel… ma famille et moi on était très déçu.

The worst part of this trip was the third party that I booked with! Which is Expedia! They said my 16 year old daughter was a child while the hotel charged me for an adult!!! Last time I book with Expedia!

Jolie hôtel mais le Check in est bien tard 15h pour accéder à la chambre et le temps qu’on vous amène vos valise il est 16h donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine comme nous le souhaitions. Dommage

On our first night at the Riu Tikida Palace Taghazout hotel, we found two cockroaches in our room. We contacted the front desk, and they sent someone to spray the room with insecticide. The next day, we complained again, and they moved us to a different room. Shortly after, I began feeling unwell—fever, fatigue, and diarrhea. My wife initially thought it might be heat stroke, but she developed the same symptoms the following day. We had to drive to a pharmacy to buy medication, as none was available at the hotel. We informed the reception that we believed our illness was caused by the food. They responded by saying that out of 1,200 guests, we were the only ones sick, so it was unlikely that the food was the cause. However, we have no allergies or food intolerances, and since we only ate the hotel’s all-inclusive meals, it seems unlikely that something else caused our illness. At the end of our trip, we consulted a gastroenterologist. After a medical check-up, we were diagnosed with gastroenteritis and prescribed antibiotics and probiotics. For a 2800$ trip, it’s defenitely not worth it. We asked for a compensation and they gave us a 50$ off on the next reservation. What a joke !

Housekeeping used my hairbrush and perfume. I spoke to staff at the reception who said management will be in touch and I’ve just been ignored. I visited this hotel back in 2023 but unfortunately the standards have dropped.

Spending your holiday in bed with projectile vomiting is no one’s idea of a good holiday! The food was just all around awful. Nothing about this hotel is 5*. Drinks are watered down rubbish, food poor standard, service pretty much non existent. I just can’t believe this can be classed as. 5* hotel The only good thing about this hotel is what you see on TikTok- a nice pool setting! Obviously the key thing that ruined our trip was the food poisoning- I can see previous reviews mentioning this but obviously we all hope it never happens to us but it’s clearly an issue with this hotel

The hotel was great. The whole atmosphere was amazing. Great service from all staff especially Sharifa at the front desk and Ousama at the buffet restaurant.

Et fantastisk opphold på et fantastisk sted. Vårt andre opphold her på et halvt år, både barn og voksne elsker det! Alle som jobber her er veldig serviceinnstilte og vennlige. Det eneste negative er at det ikke er nok solsenger rundt bassengene.

Resort with all the comfort and services. Facility well maintained, by the way it shows the years. Food always in a good quantity, but the quality is very average.

Immense hôtel, vraiment.... 6/7km par jour dans l'hôtel. Un labyrinthe car mal indiqué. Trou perdu sans rien autour. Si les espaces communs étaient entretenus comme les espaces verts ... Des assiettes au sol 5 jours dans notre bâtiment, des insectes et bouts de verre ( pratique pour retrouver son chemin)... Immense cantine, on trouve de quoi se nourrir mais pas une fois un vrai whaooo, par contre le petit dej top. Du personnel formidable et du tête à claque qui veut du pourboire et fonce sur les anglais. Peu francophone, c'est déstabilisant au Maroc. C'est un '' palace '' mais il faut demander pour un peu tout, normalement ça marche pas comme ça.... La guerre des transats xxl, j'ai vu une femme faire un saut en extension comme au handball pour jeter ses serviettes sur un matelas en pensant qu'on allait le prendre, lol... Un volume de bruit élevé, un volume de musique dans le hall concert absolument énorme... vraiment le sentiment d'être en Algarve ou aux Baléares tant tout semble être fait pour séduire les anglais. Le wifi est là mais instable et peu fiable, j'ai pris un forfait Maghreb après 24h.... Bref, c'est moyen... Il y a le soleil, les piscines, l'océan extrêmement propre, le petit déj' et quelques cocktails en positif, et beaucoup de trucs pas terribles ou mauvais de l'autre côté, des fois on en rigole, dès fois et surtout quand c'est à notre détriment on rigole pas du tout.... Nous n'y retournerons pas c'est certain, la balance pèse trop dans le négatif.
