This is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. It has everything you need including extras like coffee machine and sandwich toaster. 2 minute walk to centre but still very quite. A short walk to the marina. There is a a car park nearby at a very reasonable cost.

A clean and functional apartment near restaurants and the port. Quiet area in the old town. Easy communication with the renter. Unfortunately, the soundproofing inside the house was weak. Earplugs and good sleep gifts saved.

Excellent location, first floor in a tastefully renovated old building in a quiet side street but in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants (2mins from Ciri Biri Bela) and all attractions. Good size (for 2) open plan studio with fully equipped proper kitchen including Nespresso coffe machine, full size fridge and oven (no microwave), smoothie maker, any utensils you might need, also basic supplies like spices, oil/vinegar, teabags, kitchen-/toiletroll, soaps, detergents, dish washer tabs etc. Everything was splotlessly clean and in good working order, mattress very comfortable (pillows a bit lumpy). Shower with good pressure and always plenty of hot water (cubicle quite small for a bigger person). The walls and windows are soundproof but you do hear the creaking floor boards every time someone takes a step upstairs. The negatives mentioned were only small gripes, overall we had a fantastic stay in this very stylish yet homely studio and would not hesitate to return. Communication with Diana was easy via Whatsapp and we were able to check out a few hours later on departure day.

The apartment was lovely and in a fantasic location for Split old town, easily walkable. Diana was very quick to respond to our questions and very friendly in person. Would highly reccomend! The only thing i would mention is I scraped my foot on the kitchen kick board which hasnt been installed very well, but a very minor thing to add to an otherwise brilliant stay.

Ideal location in the old town, good AC system and lovely bedroom & dining area. Bathroom was clean but slight draining issue. Host picked up calls instantly and was very helpful! Overall very lovely and would definitely recommend.

Appartement très bien situé dans la vieille ville et proche de tout. Très propre. Terrasse agréable et environnement calme. Communication avec la propriétaire parfaite , hyper reactive.

Schönes Appartement, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Altstadt ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!

Suosittelen .Siisti ja hiljainen huoneisto. Kaikkea tarvittavaa löytyi huoneistosta. Sopivan iso alkovi, melkein kuin erillinen huone. Vanhassa talossa hyvin remontoitu huoneisto. Ympäristö on idyllistä.

Helt fantastiskt semester. Diana, värdinnan var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Ordnande med transfer. Lägenheten var verkligen fin, och läget helt perfekt. Nära stadskärnan, men väldigt lugnt område.

Fantastiskt boende förutom att tvättmaskin va sönder och de hade lagat den tidigare men de va sönder när vi skulle använda den.
