I stay at this hotel every time I come to Alpharetta. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The cafe makes a good breakfast, as well....not included, but I'm happy it's an option.

I arrived for a relaxing g stay for my Saturday. I need hit in the shower. My fire alarm buzzer activated in my room. It went on for a bit. I was so startled I practically fell out of my shower and tried to get dressed quickly in horror to exit my room. Before I could do it it turned off. I asked the attendant at the front desk -her answer: oh well who knows it could have been someone using their Curling iron wrong. I stayed terrified for awhile after the buzzer. My stay was altered from there on. I was very ready to check out.

Any where but the Avalon Regency. Trust me. They hate minorities.

Everything was great only thing but there’s definitely some rooms for improvements . I didn’t like the fact that there’s only 1 microwave available all the way downstairs, for the entire hotel I didn’t like that. if one can’t be in each room is fine. But I suggest for some extra ones to be available right next to the ice machines just like there’s more than one ice machine in the hotel it would be very ideal. Secondly I would want them to have some kind of scooper or big spoon for the ice jar in the rooms instead of me scooping it my bare hands. And the Bar car closed I am not sure what the reason was which was ok. But in the meantime their choices for Marketplace for snacks and grubs to choose from was very limited other than it’s a really nice hotel staff was very friendly it was pretty clean not noisy it’s very centrally located I enjoyed that. The gym was huge and so clean. I like all the extra workouts gears they had in a room. I would definitely stay there again. The prices were very reasonable.

The hotel is in a great location with the shopping and restaurants at Avalon across the street. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.

If you are looking for a clean bed to sleep this will do fine. However, it says restaurant on site, this is not true. They have wings and drinks if it's open. Out of a one week stay it was open one night, but again doesn't serve meals anyways. You have to pay for parking as well, $12 a day which was not advertised.

The room was clean and lovely, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I really liked this place, highly recommend.

Fantastic staff.

I want to commend Ms. Stacy for her outstanding hospitality during my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, always greeted me with a warm smile, and handled every request promptly and professionally. Her dedication truly elevated my experience, and she is a shining example of excellent customer service.

Property was very nice, however, I think that if they could have charged for the air I breathed, they would have! The parking charge was not exorbitant, but I Think unnecessary.

Front desk staff provided excellent service!

Great hotel but won’t lie the 12 parking fee is ridiculous. I get it in busy cities with no parking but not really appropriate on this property
