Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Four Seasons Montreal did not meet the high standards I expected from a luxury property. The accommodations were noticeably subpar—especially disappointing given the reputation and price point of this hotel.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the management staff. They were unkind, dismissive, and generally unhelpful when I raised a concern during my stay. It's unfortunate when service falls so far below expectations, especially at a brand known for excellence.
While some individual staff members were courteous and professional, the overall management approach left a lasting negative impression. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements where they are clearly needed.
