Room very clean, onsen hot spring water is brilliant, you can feel you are revived by the water. There is a slight smell of the room but it is solely due to the mineral inside the hot spring water

地點尚算方便, 步行8分鐘到達新北投捷運站, 步行5分鐘有超市、便利店, 食店, 十分方便。房費不高, 包旱餐, 房間內有私人風呂 , 是區內中價之選。房間面向山及溪流, 十分開揚, 唯獨房間清潔度有待改善、衣櫃內欠衣架、廁所燈光不足。

房間乾淨，但稍微潮濕，整體住宿體驗不錯。希望可以更新一下吹風機、浴室門條、並加強一下排水

Room is clean with in-room bath. The design of the toilet (close to the entrance with completely transparent glass) maybe a bit uneasy for others to accept.

早機到達，職員體貼安排提早check in，服務用心。房間雖不大，但清潔整齊，所有設施狀態良好。房間內溫泉非常舒適。

服務人員從尚未入住前就以良好的態度，協助我們回答問題與完成各項需求。 房間與大湯池都極為乾淨。 早餐很棒！ 總之是一次完美的住宿體驗

The room was clean and the most important thing of all, the bathroom is huge and perfect for the private hot spring! It would be nice if they could provide thicker towels but other than that, it's perfect for a peaceful stay with lots of hot spring sessions.

Wonderful hotel for enjoying the Beitou hot sulphur springs experience. Modern Japanese style rooms have views overlooking Beitou Park. Hotel hot pools were elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast tasty. Short 5 minute walk to Thermal Valley, Hot Springs Museum, and Beitou Library. Best part is the large sulphur spring bath in each room.
