Vraiment parfait

Not hotel Just like apartments

Excellent séjour à l'Adagio Hôtel pour son accueil et tous les services qu' il propose. 2ème séjour que nous faisons, toujours avec autant de plaisir .

The main issue I noticed was the lack of proper hygiene in the hotel. Other then that its an awesome hotel

Certainly most bad experience stay . As being gold member I have stayed 1000s of hotel nights. A certain age lady from reception shouted at me just cause I went my room to get my charger with my gf . As if it’s a prison . She could talk better way being a hospitality worker. Horrible experience made my whole stay bad.

Hallways are dirty, the area carpet in the room was dirty.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Not every cleaning staff could speak English but they tried hard to help us and give what we wanted. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with two children. Would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very safe and easy to come around with InDrive cab app. (English spoken drivers). Highly recommend to download this app. Minus: the buffe, poor choose of food, the cheese was hard and outdated. They didn’t have any spoons or bowls for cereals. We had to ask them several time to get the spoon and bowls. Some of the food didn’t look fresh or appealing. The juice tasted odd. We just had breakfast buffe one day. Positve: the omelette section and friendly staff who made your omelette like the way you wanted. Minus: the laundry- there was no washing machine in the rooms but at the reception. You could wash clothes with an additional fee. We thought that it would be in our rooms as described in website.

Chambre avec un lit double et canapé lit alors que j’ai réservé avec 2 lit doubles. Canapé lit inconfortable. Chambre pas assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes néanmoins bonne situation géographique et la piscine sur le toit est un plus même si elle est tout de même petite

Etat parfait de l'hotel ! Mais le personnel de l'accueil pourrait être plus sympathique.

Overall, good. However, bathroom was in a very poor state. Better to verify before.

The hotel is very nice and the receptionists are really helpful The pool was not working There is a happy hour advertised in the room but when you go to the roof bar they have never heard of Happy Hour and make no attempt to be helpful.

My husband really loved our stay here, the hotel was very beautiful, food was really good and the over all hotel was very clean.. good location to walk around as well The receptionist Mohammed was very helpful Only down side was the pool was closed But other than that, it was a very good stay I would highly recommend

À l’arrivée personnel très accueillant souriant, bagagiste présent à la disposition, réceptionniste souriant et serviable à son niveau auquel j’ai demander de me réveiller à 7h pour que je soit présent à l’endroit de ma formation ( objectif de mon voyage ). Réclamation: aucun coup de file pour. Me réveiller à 7 h. Aucun passage pour nettoyer la chambre sachant que la demande écrite de nettoyage restée sans réaction toute la journée… Après réclamation à la réception ( khadija réceptionniste) en remarque que le sens de l’écoute très peut développer. Justificatif sur la réclamation de l’absence du réveil clairement mensonger … Chasse des toilette brouillant avec écoulement de l’eau tt la nuit( panne de chasse d’eau). Au départ absence ou disparition du bagagiste. En quite la réception de l’hôtel sans contacte des yeux du personnel avec froideurs dégotante. Là vérité mon expérience a l’hôtel adagio n’était vraiment à ce que j’attendais puis je ne peut pas le recommander à mon entourage de médecin malheureusement ( une vrai déception).
