The room was nice and clean and in a perfect location, but the check in was to complicated for me. I had to download an app, figure out how to use it and communicate with the staff through Whatsapp before I could open the 3 doors. When I told the staff about my experience they just said that they never had any problems before. No excuses or understanding. It made me feel like I was the stupid one. The second morning I asked for more tebags and the staff asked me is I didn’t get a new tea bag yesterday. When I said no I got one tea bag and had to ask for another taste. For me it seemed very stingy. Why not just give me a few tea bags?
