1) Lounge and check-in service is exceptional, special thanks to Christina and team. 2) Breakfast at Ginger. - Missed out my queue for my table. - Staff attitude is poor and giving me attitude while serving me to my table. Didn't get her name since don't have name tag. - My table is being taken up while I'm refilling my food. Overall for 2nd point, service is totally unacceptable. Will seriously reconsider for a stay again.
