Worst hotel I've ever been in. Room was dirty, with mold in the bathroom and cabinets, lizard poop on the windowsill, hair on the sheets, yellow and brown stains on the sheets. When asking for a change in room, they gave us a different one but the quality was not much different. It was clear that the bedsheets had not been changed and the room not kept with basic cleanliness standards. My friend and I ended up simply checking out after changing the room twice. Room was non-refundable and the hotel called me after we checked out simply to verify that there won't be a refund. There was no attempts to rectify the situation. Furthermore, the reception was extremely unprofessional upon arrival. We arrived at 2pm and the man at the counter immediately said that check-in was at 3pm, implying that we should have come back at that time. I had to ask if we could check-in early before he said nothing and checked us in. He also told us that the water supply would be cut off from 12-6pm and nothing was done from the hotel's end to make up for it. Truly horrendous customer service and amenities. Furthermore, the app gave this place 5 stars and misled us into getting a room here. It is a 4 star hotel. However, 4 star standards aren't even met. This hotel should not be up and running. When coming into the driveway, exposed pipes and a big hole was on the ceiling.
