The hotel was beautiful! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

Hôtel correct mais avec un confort limité : - pas d’ascenseur ! - vue de la chambre sur un mur - oreillers lourds et durs - cuisine décevante et manquant de variété surtout pour un séjour d’une semaine.

1st time in the vanilla Garden and wouldn't hesitate returning a lovely hotel with good friendly hard working staff.

Wonderful location and amenities

We had a lovely stay the room was amazing we got upgraded to a suit which was lovely. The big downfall was not being told about the building work behind the hotel this was so load and you constantly heard the banging whilst round the pool. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , ci hanno anche effettuato un upgrade della camera a sorpresa! Tutto perfetto , ottimo il buffet e staff super gentile e simpatico!

Property was good. Surrounding area was not so great, loud, dirty, too touristy.

Really nice hotel. It's so well kept always saw cleaners about keeping the place tidy. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of choice. They do nice cocktails. Staff very polite and helpful with all our needs. Hotels in good location quiet at night considering bars are in walking distance. Would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Tenerife.

Really enjoyed the whole experience at Vanilla Garden. The Vanilla Suite was well worth the money and all of the staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good also

Lovely smaller hotel. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fine. The pool area was great. Only complaint was the ac in the rooms wasn’t excellent- it would shut off multiple times during the night, but overall was a great stay and would stay again

El único problema es que cuando miré el anuncio aparecía como que tenía aparcamiento, pero esta ubicación no lo tiene. Sólo hay aparcamiento público.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft in kurzer Gehdistanz zum Strand. Supermarkt wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Betten waren sehr bequem. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Could not fault the hotel, staff were really helpful. However, building work going in behind the hotel and was very noisy all day.

Vi hadde stadar rom, rent og greit, med en liten balkong. Særlig god frokost og svært blid og hyggelig kokk.
