Lovely hotel, great location. Although it states the pool isn’t open till June that’s incorrect. It was open when we went in May which was awesome. You also have use of the sister hotel across the road that is bigger and has a few more facilities, pool bar, bigger pool, food to order.

The room was a delight , so modern, clean and fresh, the bathroom was nice with a large walk in shower . The bed was a good size and so comfortable , for a studio it was a really great sized room and had all you needed for a holiday or short break, the balcony had good solid recliner chairs and small table again good size for a studio. The building itself was spotless as was pool area everywhere cleaned every day, the 24hr reception was well covered and nothing a bother to the staff .

They let us check in early, saw from my passport it was my birthday and placed a bittle of fizz in the room. Clean ,great location ,will use again if visiting Benidorm

Parken in der Umgebung ist sehr schwierig. Es gibt einen größeren Parkplatz, aber man läuft ca 10-15 min hin

Shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom, tray could do with a lip.

Great stay, close to the beach and close to the nightlife but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. Super friendly and helpful reception staff.

Nice enough aparthotel but up a steep hill

My stay at this hotel was made exceptional by the outstanding reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was greeted with an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise since I hadn't originally booked for that time. They even went above and beyond to give me a room with a better view, which I really appreciated. The rooms were great overall, although some aspects could use a little freshening up, like the walls. However, the comfort and cleanliness were top-notch. The pool area was a nice and quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that the pool didn't get sun all day, as it moved behind the buildings. Despite this, I still enjoyed my time there, and the exceptional service from the receptionists truly made my stay memorable.

Receptionist (short hair blonde British lady ) couldn’t be more helpful amazing !! Hotel clean rooms great size etc. clientele - clearly caters for those who don’t respect others, rowdy noisy lack of sleep disgraceful. Hotel does nothing about this. So sadly it’s a no for a return from me. Shame as if not for being scared to tell the noisy clients tk behave it would be a fair place to stay

Apartment was on the 13th Floor with amazing views, reception staff were all lovely and helpful - loved our stay and will be returning very soon.

Los apartamentos estan muy bien, limpios y bien equipados. Los dos dormitorios tienen los colchones muy cómodos , hay un armario en uno de ellos. Me faltaba un espejo grande y algún enganché para las toallas en el baño. No había perchas en el dormitorio pequeño. En la zona es muy difícil aparcar , pero hay cerca parking de pago. En general hemos estado muy a gusto. Para repetir 😀
