The breakfast was excellent, as were the two meals I had in the linked restaurant (Der Steirer) and the cafe. The location is brilliant' convenient for the free tram and very close to walk to the Aldstadt too. The mattress was very comfortable - but the pillows were way too soft. I was given firmer ones, but these were like bricks - so introducing an option in between would be great. All staff very polite and helpful.

Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer

Centrally located old-style hotel. Personnel is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Bathroom is a bit small and some room features might need renovation. No coffee machine nor included water in the room are a minus.

The carpet in the room was super dirty and I came with a little toddler. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room. And yes, we did notify the reception. Really disappointing stay to be honest.

Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück outstanding!!!

Zimmer okay, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, der Früstücksraum allerdings mit Hallencharakter.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, schöne Bettwäsche, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet (glutenfreies Brot, laktosefreie Milch und Polenta), Sauna mit Blick über Graz.

Das Frühstücksmenü war frisch und es gab eine große Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr über das Upgrade gefreut.

Heizung war sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den Allgemeinberichen wie insbesondere in der Lounge sehr warm. Im Zimmer konnte diese aber glücklicherweise reguliert werden. Abgesehen von dieser Kleinigkeit bin ich aber sehr zufrieden!

Ok hotel

Zimmer??? so weit so gut, gefühlt etwas abgewohnt aber sehr sauber. Im Großen und Ganzen für 2 Nächte okay da wir nur zum schlafen im Zimmer waren. Die Bar war okay. Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr freundlich. Frühstück, große Auswahl und sehr ausreichend. Würde für einen Kurzurlaub wieder buchen.

Lovely hotel on the riverside, very central. Friendly staff and big rooms. Loved the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Für einen Stadtaufenthalt super

Two friends traveling from Greece visited Graz and Ljubljana for the first time, and we stayed at Hotel Weitzer. The room was spacious and clean, and overall our stay was very pleasant. But what truly made the difference was the night manager/receptionist, Adel. He was exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful — he really did everything he could to assist us, always with professionalism and a great attitude. We thank him deeply for making our stay even better. We will definitely return, as Graz deserves a bit more exploration. Anna, Panagiota

Hotel descuidado, muebles obsoletos y sin mantenimiento, puede mejorar su atención y servicio al cliente, no cuenta con servicio a la habitación, un día no limpiaron el cuarto y se hizo un upgrade para la suite, a mi parecer no es un hotel de 4 estrellas con estos detalles, importante decir no todo fue malo, el servicio en el bar muy buena atención, servicial y pendiente de las mesas, muy bien el servicio del personal del bar
