Very clean room and facilities. Excellent restaurant and bar facilities. Menu del dia excellent and good value. Large free car park. A minor downside was that the room was unheated, and the area’s night-time temperature was low.

Het ontbijt viel tegen, had iets uitgebreider gemogen met vers fruit, ei, en verse jus d Orange bv. De receptioniste van de incheck was niet klantvriendelijk daarin tegen was de receptioniste die de uit check deed de volgende dag, zeer klantgericht,vriendelijk. Maar kan het hotel aanbevelen qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dit een prima hotel.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff but in my opinion really needs updating - room decor and bedding tired, bed lumpy - blankets are so outdated - a fresh duvet would make all the difference!

We were led to believe the property had been refurbished! Same old place that we stopped in 12 years ago. Lots of damp and ONE plug socket in the room.

Pleasant hotel we’ve stayed here a number of times. Ideal for the motorway.

The rooms were very basic. No air conditioning. The hotel food was terrible. Dinner inedible and breakfast so disgusting we left every item. The majority of the staff were very rude . Anna was the only nice one.

Perfect historic town close by

Fuimos dos personas con mi perra.El trato fue excelente, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante que comimos de lujo y por supuesto Marisol que nos atendió muy amablemente a nuestras necesidades sobre la habitación.Tuvimos que dejar a la perra en la habitación sola cuando fuimos a hacer una visita a un pueblo cercano y nos limpió la habitación mientras desayunábamos para que luego se quedara tranquila.Ideal para ir con una mascota , ya q se puede mover por todos los espacios menos el restaurante. Ya conocía el hotel de antes , por eso vuelvo siempre que puedo.

Very good hotel we come regularly; excellent restaurant

Ideally located of the main auto route and a stopover for Bilbao ferry port. Very clean premises and friendly staff. The kitchen / bar provided us with a nice evening meal. We would use this venue again
