The family room was big & clean Food was not allowed in the room There is no elevator/lift and first floor had lots of stairs Lots of food options near the hotel & attraction short walking distance

Looked after well from start to finish. Friendly staff from cleaners to concierge. This was our third visit to Venice and would stay here again.

The staff at this property were very helpful and kind. You can’t ask for a better location. It’s a 2 minute walk to the square. The only downside was that we were on the 3rd floor and the room was really warm so we opened the windows at night. We were not aware of the mosquitos and woke up to numerous mosquitos in the room and we had multiple bites. The staff provided us with repelling machines and a fan to help the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the breakfast was delicious. Everything was walking distance especially to San Marco. The hotel staff was very kind. They spoke both Spanish and English. The hotel room was nice and we had a nice view of the streets of Venice. We would definitely go back.

Excellent location to St Marks Square (only one minute walk away). Rooms were good, spotless bathroom and cleaned every day. Excellent continental breakfast. Very helpful staff. Near shops and restaurants. Could not fault it. Excellent value. Keep up the good work.

The hotel was very good! The staff is super kind and helpful (I don’t remember the name of the tall guy with glasses but he is the best!). The room is very comfortable and the location is perfect! Only thing I would recommend to change is the shower cabin seal, because some water leaks out to the rest of the bathroom.

O hotel é simples. O café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários sao muito prestativos e educados. Excelente localização. Pontos negativos : a escada é péssima pra subir e descer. O hotel nao tem elevador. O banheiro é apertado demais

Localisation parfaite. Propreté et services très bien. Bruit conséquent des chambres et de la salle du petit-déjeuner (la chambre 23 à éviter !!).

Hotel ao lado da Piazza San Marco. Facil acesso. Staff muito gentil, inclusive deixaram um cafe da manha preparado para mim pois fi check-out antes do horario do cafe. Indico fortemente a estadia

Rooms are tiny, like in most hotels of this category but clean. No space for luggage. Bathroom also very small, not for people with overweight. But clean. Hotel is well located, just 2 corners from San Marco square. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Es un hotel sencillo y cómodo, perfecto para pasar 3 dias en Venecia. La situacion es buena, apenas a 5 minutos de Rialto. Nos tocó en la tercera planta y no hay ascensor, eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La habitación era pequeña pero completa. La limpieza excelente. El desayuno era también bueno. El personal nos atendió siempre de manera muy amable. Volveria a ir a este hotel.
