Very good place to stay helpful staff

Hyggelig velkomst og service, bilen kunne stå parkert på hotellet, og baggasjen ble låst inn på et rom når vi var på dagstur til Venezia.

Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Room was clean but felt outdated and basic. The room was mostly bare -- no coffee/tea/kettle, no tissue box and no iron for ironing clothes. Just a TV and chair. I had to ask downstairs and instead of being given one to take to my room, I was directed to a side room to do my ironing.

Tolle Unterkunft, mit gutem Frühstück. Kuruer Weg zur Tram und mit dieser ist man schnell in Venedig.

We did not stay at this property for the view, it was it's proximity to the airport. The location was very quiet, the staff was welcoming, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I would book here again without hesitation. Alexander was very close to the tram which takes you directly into Venice (about 10 minutes) and very simple to take. Staff was helpful with directions and offered choices on Mestre for dinner which could be walked to. The breakfast was included and catered to all tastes with plenty of seating.

they charged us $28 for a phone call when there were no signs of a fee for using the phone. very u professional staff and did not help us with the issue.

We had a good stay at the Alexander. The location is very easy and convenient to get to central Venice and the breakfast offered a decent selection. Also really appreciated the fridge in the room. The only disadvantage was the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough and the room was consistently 24c throughout our stay

Very nice hotel and in great condition. Friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to restaurants and tram to Venice. Only issue was the mattress was very firm and only 1 pillow per person.

Great hotel with great workers.

This is a terrific hotel for anyone who needs to grab a flight out of Marco Polo. It is 10 minutes away from the airport and the staff is happy to organize your transportation. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Highly rated for this purpose.
