Beautiful clean motel in a great location. Close to the vaporetto station, train station and park. Good eating choices close by and situated on a canal. Reception staff not that friendly and even though breakfast went till 10, if you weren’t there by 8 there was very little food left. Food was great if you were there early. Would recommend though as room lovely and great location.

Our room was lovely but the TV was unwatchable and the breakfast choices were very limited and only offered one cup of coffee each.

O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. Banheiro ótimo, com chuveiro bom e quente. O ar condicionado parecia estar na ventilação, o quarto ficava um pouco quente. Café da manhã muito bom. Ótima localização, perto da estação de Santa Lucia.

The included breakfast was delightful! Our room was so hot, we had on the air conditioning but it just blew hot air. Opening the windows was nice, but no screens so bugs got in. The triple room was spacious and roomy enough for 3.

Good location, 5 min walk from train station and bus station. Clean modern hotel, with free breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean. The wifi was spotty in some places. Would recommend for couples and small families

Clean room. Friendly staff. The location is very close to the airport bus shuttle which is excellent for us with a young kid.

Suite was big and very clean. Great breakfast. Wi-fi was almost non existent though. Very annoying. Definitely recommend the hotel, it was steps from the Trevi Fountain!

The hotel put two single beds together with a large gap, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The room did not match the description, and our stay was extremely unsatisfactory. I do not recommend this hotel

Great location next to the Grand Canal. Well priced with the breakfast included. Lovely Venetian decor through hotel.

Lovely hotel. We were given a very large elegant clean and comfortable room looking over the canal. All the staff were lovely and we thought it was excellent value. Very good position- near station and a lovely short walk to San Marco.

The place is very close to the station, making traveling easier because dragging luggages around through Venice’s stair bridges is no joke. The complimentary breakfast was good for the price and the staff was friendly. The room is a little old and doesn’t have AC though but other than that it was a good place.
