the shower is ugly as fck . no place to go inside and wash because is very very small close at the toilette . c’est un rideau coller sur la toilette very dirthy . si small the shower .

Hadde bestillt et tremanns rom men fikk først et for 2 pers. Fikk derfor tildelt et annet mindre hyggelig rom med tre senger. Fin utsikt, bra basseng og grei frokost

The property is an absolute hidden gem! The breakfast was great and had more than enough. The location was awesome and was a short walk to Anacapri. The only thing missing is the attention to detail and maintenance. It seemed a little dated and most of the property was not used to its potential. Maybe in its day it was superb but it needs some tender loving care. The pool area was not pristine and you had to pay for lounge chairs. As a guest it should have been included. The view is unbelievable and we were fortunate to have upgraded to the two room suite with a pristine view. The bar/lounge wasn’t open and parts of the hotel looked like it was just used for storage. The staff were friendly and very polite. We especially liked Bruno!! He was more than accommodating and showed us to our upgraded room. If you want convenience and on a budget, perfect for you. If you want luxury and pristine accommodations, not for you.

A/C is not the strongest but room was good, comfortable and very spacious. Service was great. The views are amazing. Very good location, only 5 minutes from downtown Anacapri (downtown is uphill from hotel).

The hotel was conveniently located next to Anacapri. From there you can get to the bus easily to take you all over the island. The pool is a huge bonus. The free breakfast was good and the restaurant for lunch and dinner delicious. Overall a fabulous stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was very nice!

En fantastiskt vacker gammal byggnad med hisnande utsikt. Rummen var fräscha och uppdaterade, men byggnaden i övrigt var ganska slitet och den långa korridoren på övervåningen var riktigt tråkig, här hade man kunnat inreda betydligt trevligare. Den stora terassen var så tråkig att sitta på, rostiga möbler, inga planteringar förutom gamla vissna blommor. Mycket synd då utsikten var fantastisk. (kanske för att det inte var högsäsong? 28-30/5) Bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Servicen med shuttlebuss var perfekt, blev hämtade nere i hamnen och likaså på avresedagen, blev vi körda ända ner av en mycket hjälpsam chaufför. Vi fick också nyttja poolen fram tills det var dags att bege sig. Perfekt avstånd till Villa SanMichele, typ fem minuters gångväg.

I found it very difficult to arrange the airport shuttle because they would not communicate directly using the hotel.com direct portal to the hotel - all that they would do was send a link to a request form that could only be used to hire a boat for for example. But there is nowhere on the form to pre-arrange a pick up at the marina. I then communicated with hotel.com Messaging and they contacted the front desk for me and told me to call the front desk the day before my arrival to arrange the pick up. So I called from the United States on the day before and they told me to call when I arrived at the port of Naples. This involved having to activate my international cellular for the day and I called them from the airport and they told me to call again when I was about to leave the port on the ferry and I called them at that time and they said they would have the car there upon my arrival . There was no car waiting for me. Upon my arrival. I waited 20 minutes and I ended up having to call the hotel three times to ask where the Shuttle was. I was standing in the hot sun for close to 40 minutes exactly where I was supposed to stand at Pier 21 and finally, I see the van approaching full of passengers. So it all worked out but only after I made a total of five telephone calls and waited unnecessarily an extra 45 minutes at the marina after 24 hours of travel.. outside of that, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. But they were not helpful in setting up the shuttle.

Great experience staying at the Hotel San Michele in Anacapri. Highly recommended. Excellent staff and amenities.

Location is beautiful and overlooks the Grand Marina. You can walk to the local Anicapri center and everything is there. Taxi ride to the top (from the Marina) cost us $40 euros with baggage and $30-35 euros without (pretty cool taxis there too- different than anywhere else). Staff very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Wonderful property. Location location location. Kind staff. Great food. Walking distance to cute town and the famous chairlift. Will stay again for longer next time. Love this place and Capri! Such a gem.

Excelente ubicación y las mejores vistas de la isla. Si bien las habitaciones son chica (con un balcón enorme y vistas soñadas) todo el servicio del hotel es brillante. Una mención especial a Andrea del front desk que nos solucionó todo, nos dió las mejores recomendaciones, nos gestionó las reservas, excursiones. Siempre dispuesta y gentil para hacer de nuestra estadía inolvidable. Lo mismo para todo el personal del hotel, el chófer del transfer de cortesía en una van Mercedes Benz inmaculada. 10 de 10. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin dudas voy a volver.
