Hervorragender, stets umsichtiger Service. Das Restaurant ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Das Hotel befindet sich in der malerischen Altstadt. Je nach Lage der Zimmer könnte am Wochenende allerdings die Beschallung aus der gegenüberliegenden Diskothek als störend empfunden werden. Der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar.

Lovely Staff and cute inner courtyard with a tiny cold pool that no one seems to use! My room was older but cute with a safe and a tiny internal balcony useful for drying swimsuit: The location couldn’t be better. I didn’t have breakfast but every morning the lovely staff filled my water bottle with filtered water from their bar. Cannot complain for the price for central town. If you want spanking new with bright white towels and a brand new bathroom this is not for you. The shower was a little “tired” with limescale and no door but it wasn’t as important to me as a cosy space to rest while exploring Rethymo. Opposite the restaurant and just up the street towards the olive bar is a lovely jewellery and art shop that sold original pieces so reasonable and much nicer than the Chinese tat in town!

This was one of the most beautiful old style hotel with Amazing details. They have suites with balcony,sitting room,canopy bed so comfortable it is hard to get up,ac in the room, breakfest is really good and so is the restaurant. The inner garden has a pool. The staff were helpful and kind. Don't look for an elevator, the staff will help you with your suitcases. Parking is around the corner 24 hours cost 17€. I would definitely stay there again.

Nous avions une chambre magnifique style ancien et très romantique, très bien équipée, le personnel discret, sympathique et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants , les sites à voir. Le parking payant à côté mais on trouve de la place hors parking.

Grei beliggenhet. Kjedelig /lite utvalg frokost. Dårlige senger - ingen god dyne (kun laken+pledd). Stor kakerlakk på rommet

Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections.

Excellent location in the Old Town. Came in the winter so it was too cold to sit out in the courtyard, but it looked cozy.

The hotel is well located in the old quarter, but the facilities are quite outdated.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and had good hints for eating out. Breakfast was a god variety and yummy.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was one of the highlights of 6week trip to Europe, we would love to visit again. Loved the charm of this hotel, right up my alley!

Having booked a stay at this property, I expected a 4-star standard but was shocked by the reality. The “Palazzino” is in urgent need of renovation, and the photos online do not reflect the true condition. My room was located directly next to the reception desk, barely a meter away, as well as beside noisy wooden stairs and the entrance. The bathroom was moldy, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture was outdated. When I raised these concerns with the receptionist, he admitted the issues and offered either to move me to a similar room or provide a full refund, even suggesting I find another accommodation (though alternatives were double or triple the price due to high season). Beware before booking, your stay may be far from enjoyable.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville Bâtiment magnifique Personnel serviable souriant et compétent Mais situé en face de la boîte de nuit Ice donc bruyant la nuit et mobilier ancien qu’il faudrait changer. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec bain à remous, la baignoire était très très très ancienne et cela se voyait! Dommage ! Mais globalement un bon séjour quand même grâce à la situation centrale de l’hôtel
