Pool was ok and the staff were good

The hotel is old, shows that it is old. But the workers are awesome. The bed was super hard. The pool is super. It could be cleaned more often from sand but I guess it’s a never ending story. The pool manager was great!

Some renovations are required. Bathroom door lock and shower handle broken. Had to request towels and paper as no came to clean the room. But other than that a nice place, good food and good location.

I will send a formal conplaint. I was promise a reliable internet connection. I had a program to teach and unfortunately, the internet connection got cut off more than 25 times which rendered tue teaching very hard. When I talked to front desk, they said there is nothing they can do.

Hôtel sympathique, très bien placé. J’ai bénéficié d’une belle chambre dotée d’un grand lit très confortable. Petit déjeuné basique.

Hotel entierement rénové.Lit très confortable. Personnel accueillant. Propre et bien entretenu. Proche des restaurant. Déplacement facile vers le centre ville par petit ou grand taxi.

Not clean, all taps broken, not hot water. But stuff are cool.

only bad comment please check the balcony doors, as they don't lock, had to change rooms and took 6 different rooms before the door would lock, and 1 room was occupied already but very Central location.

Hotel was erg smerig,personeel onbeschoft en niet hulpvaardig ontbijt alleen tomaat komkommer oude broodjes zwembad niet in werking, was nog niet schoongemaakt....... wifi werkt niet enz enz

Non capisco come possano dare 4 stelle ad un hotel che non ne merita neanche 3. Per predisporre la fattura, con nominativo errato, venti minuti e così mi hanno fatto perdere il treno. Personale completamente impreparato e ambiente squallido. Televisione del 1980 con canali solo arabi e francesi. Da chiudere.

Malheresement pour les personnes présentes ce jour a la réception 05/11/2013 (23h00) j'ai mes parents qui sont marocains donc je comprends bien voir tres bien le marocains .. des notre check in les 2 homme et la femme présente ne nous salu pas ni du regard ni d'un geste amical ! La femme assise a jouet sur son portable dit a ses colegue quel a tro travailler dans la soiree donc quel ne soccupera pas de nous ... ce quel a appliqué assez rapidement en allant sasseoir sur les fauteuil du hall 76 euros pour la chambre sur hôtels.Com 40 euros de supplement a l'arrivee je ne sais pas pourquoi ou je payer ou je fesait demi tour
