The inconsistency of the staff. In my first 3 nights stay, the staff told me the extra bed for 3 person in 2-person bedroom is a must so I paid the extra bed. But my friend who stayed in the same hotel with 4 person in 2-person bedroom told me that they didn't have to paid extra beds which it angers me, cause even without the extra bed the double bed was enough for 3 person. Kind of disappointed that the staff on the hotel is not oriented in customers satisfaction but rather in the hotel profit. They charge everything in here, even when I'm asking them to microwave my food (when I stayed in other hotel with higher star and almost similar price, they didn't charge additional fees for something like that). Kind of dissapointed with the services.
