We spent 3 days in Barcelona the Hotel California. It was a little hard to locate at first but we found it was so convenient to the Ramblas, the Boqueria, even the metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and personable. We are going back again this year and bringing friends and family.

We had a very nice stay. Hotel is well located and nicely modern and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Excelente localização. Dá para fazer muita coisa à pé. Muito próximo à estação Liceu do Metrô. Café da manhã excelente por um preço justo. Quarto relativamente pequeno, mas com banheiro muito bom. Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel e certamente será uma opção quando voltar a Barcelona.

The room was very clean, prime location in the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and the staff was great. It’s the place to go see for old Barcelona. Would recommend.

Room was clean and nice. It was in a corner in front of a bar and it was noisy the second night we were there.

Elisia william and Sebastian at front desk gave so much superb advice Alway smile even when busy Eileen running breakfast buffet served sucha large variety of healthy food. Spanish lunch and dinner unhealthy at times

Room was really nice, queen size bed which is rare in European hotel rooms and the staff was nice.

Great location and staff . Ulis checked us in was wonderful. Wonderful breakfast and maintained well. I would stay again.

Didn’t realize entrance was on in an alley off the Plaça Real. Taxi could only get us so close. Breakfast was good. Room smaller than expected. Close to shopping.

The lady at checkin (15 Oct evening) was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain about the door entry and what was available. She even provided an adapter when I discovered I had left mine at the last hotel. The room was clean and very quiet. The shower was awesome. Breakfast had a good variety. A great place to stay and very centrally located in the Gothic District.
