From the outside, we were a bit concerned about the condition of the hotel and whether it had air conditioning. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the interior was much nicer than expected and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The price was also reasonable, and overall, we felt it offered good value for the money.

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport a la gare mais aussi au centre-ville. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le déjeuner ne correspond toutefois pas au standing de l'hôtel.

Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. They provided excellent recommendations and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite touches was that all of the snacks and beverages in the room were complimentary, with refills available upon request. It was such a thoughtful amenity. The accommodations were beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and modern while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The blackout curtains were outstanding, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The highlight was waking up to a beautiful view of the Basilica right outside our bedroom window—it made our stay feel even more special. Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we’re in Florence. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. A great location right in the center of everything. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. We had a couple of issues that they helped us with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Top notch service. I would choose to stay here every time when visiting Florence

Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family of six plus a baby with plenty of luggage, and the staff graciously helped carry all of our bags to our room. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier. The breakfast staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming every morning. They even went out of their way to prepare a packed breakfast for our family the night before when we had an early tour that departed before breakfast service began. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we’ll always remember. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. From the outstanding service to the unbeatable location, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend Solo Experience Hotel and would happily stay there again!

One of the top hotels in Florence! As a family of three, we had one of the most comfortable and stress-free stays we’ve ever experienced. The staff were exceptional—their only mission seemed to be making sure we enjoyed every step of our stay. They were always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Many thanks to the outstanding management and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

super friendly staff, spacious and clean room, and great location. However, you won't see the duomo from your room. it is very close by, but not the view from the hotel.
