Great room and the staff was very accommodating

Clean, surprisingly spacious room and bath. Easy access to all of the sites and restaurants. Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice sized room with nice, firm mattress. Make sure you include in your rate the buffet breakfast. Very well stocked with home made rolls, breads and pastries.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little worn down although the bed was comfortable. You have to tell them you want the air conditioning turned on in your room from the front desk.

Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Speciellt kvinnan vid frukosten. Hon var helt fantastisk hur hon såg och hjälpte alla gäster och mig. Underbart god och varierad frukost. Rummet var fint, rent och tillgänglighetsanpassat på ett mycket bra sätt som jag behövde. Läget var helt makalöst bra!

The rooms, bathrooms and lobby etc., were absolutely spotless. The Breakfast was awesome. Delicious food, great selection, varied healthy options each day. The service was absolutely the best service I ever had..anywhere. They were so kind, helpful and attentive. You are lucky to have such a great staff. Especially. Rachel, Angela, Clyde and Nestor. Next time I’m in Florence I will be staying at the Solo Experience.

Convenient location

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The two women I dealt with at the front desk were unbelievably helpful, gracious, and kind. The housekeepers were efficient and understanding. The hotel is located in the heart of a lot of restaurants and shops, but at night, no noise filtered into my room. I’m traveling to five cities in Italy, and this has been my best stay by far. Fabulous fabulous hotel.

So many better options in the area. Hotel refused to honour the proper reservation and tried to get us to pay an additional 18 euro per person for extra breakfast when Expedia reservation said it was included. Contacted Expedia who called hotel themselves and still refused to provide breakfast. Many better options available.

This hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. We didn't hear any noise from the market nearby or other hotel guests. Rachel the attendant at breakfast is AMAZING and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I'm in Florence.

Wonderful room and staff can’t do enough for you. Central to the Duomo and great restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

Solo Experience has a perfect location. The staff is the best. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved everything about it.
