Tutto perfetto

The receptionist was very kind and gave me early access to my room because I was exhausted. My dog was very welcome and the breakfast was fresh and simple. It would be great if they had a little bar or coffee machine to be able to have refreshments in the lovely gardens.

Hotel was very good including staff were very helpful and poliet. Obly downfall they had the same set menu for breakfast daily. And didnt have option of selecting food. Also no option of ordering dinner or lunch. I feel staff need to speak English and not local language.

Al ergo molto bello con spazi ampi e di stile immerso nel verde a pochi minuti da Castel Gandolfo borgo molto bello dove si può trovare anche in bellissimo lago. Consigliato

Il personale della reception davvero cortese, siamo stati accolti con simpatia, la camera è eccezionale, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Very picturesque ivews

Soggiorno per lavoro di una notte, struttura vicinissima all'aeroporto di Ciampino, comoda per accesso a Roma sud e est e all' ingresso dei Castelli Romani. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (salvo l'incaricata per le colazioni ma non cambia nulla nella percezione generale). Qualche manutenzione in più sul bagno in camera sarebbe necessaria ma niente che non valga la spesa sostenuta per il soggiorno. Grazie.

Suite à une panne de voiture nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à notre reservation . Nous avons tenté de joindre l'hotel mais en vain, d'autant que le numero sur leur site est faux. Nous avons envoyé un mail, resté sans reponse. J'ai dû contacté hotel.com pour faire le lien et demander si nous pouvions reporter notre réservation, l'hotel a refusé ! Je trouve cela dommage et peu commercant ! Répondre reste la moindre des politesses.
