I went to KB for medical reason; to bring my mom for her appointment at hrpz2. She needs to use the wheelchair all the time and it was so kind of the staff to ask me if I want to change to a wheelchair-friendly room. The room was equipped with invalid facilities in the bathroom and spacious enough to roll the wheelchair, especially to and from the toilet and bed. Which was nice. However, my problem with the new system of having breakfast is: I did not get the food that I ordered because the staff forgot about it. But, good thing about breakfast is, most of the staffs at the lounge are nice and friendly.
