The rooms are what I would expect for this rating but not for this price. It is unacceptable to have a curtain with drawers instead of a proper wardrobe with a closing door. How expensive would that be? Breakfast was very limited, not full English. Dinner selection also limited but very reasonably priced. The staff spoke very limited English and they always seemed lost when asked about simple things, such was distance to historic landmark or location of a conference room. One of the waiters spilled soup over my friend and did not bother to bring cleaning material, I am not even sure if he apologised. Room temperature was excellent. TV service fine, toiletries very limited. I appreciated the fridge bar.

Honestly for a hotel of this price I was amassed by how specious and clean rooms were.

Otel metro istasyonuna çok yakın ve otelin tam karşısında atib'e ait lokanta var. Zaten Türk Mahallesi'nde olduğu için otelin olduğu sokak boyunca bir sürü Türk işletmesi var. Asla yemek konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Bir daha gelsek tercih ederim. Her gün düzenli temizlendi.

Air not working properly

Schönes Zimmer in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geräumiges und sauberes Bad. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Restaurant and reception staff very friendly. Easy and quick to get anywhere in Vienna

The hotel was located near to the bus ,tram n metro stops. The room was quite spacious n very clean. I would recommend this hotel to the families with young ones.

Staff were helpful Public transport is easily accessible and regular until late, Breakfast is nice but dear Property is clean throughout

Sバーンの駅やトラム停留所からは徒歩3-4分なのでアクセスは悪くない ただし周囲にめぼしいレストランやスーパーがないので不便 設備面では可もなく不可もないいわゆるビジネスホテル インネレシュタットのホテルよりは価格的に低めなので価格優先なら選択肢になるかも

受付の対応は気だるそうで、よくはなかったです。ただ、部屋はきれいで、お湯の出も良く、設備に不満はありません。朝食も朝からスパークリングワインが飲めて、満足です。ただ、スタッフの対応が聞かれなければない、は悪いし、なかった。残念。

Not sure how on earth this property was awarded 4 stars - this is a 2 star place at best. Horribly tiny rooms, aging and unclean interior and exterior, and cold service. Not to mention the paper thin walls resulting in one being able to hear every single movement outside, as well as the constant construction noise that starts early in the morning. They charge you for even tap water and is the only 4 star hotel so far that has refused to provide me with free bottled water. The location is also inconvenient - will NOT be staying here again. Such a rip off for substandard facilities. DO NOT come here if you’re actually expecting to stay at a 4 star hotel.

Room was very basic and standard, no extras. It was overall fine but nothing extra. Staff was fine, just checked into room but didn’t engage with local stuff or things to check out. Area is a bit industrial and a bit less convenient - few min walk to transit platform which was nice but felt 15-20 min out of town from things. Buffet breakfast was nice and made things easy as there were very few food options around for the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful with questions I had regarding local transport. Didn't have the breakfast dominant comment on that. We had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room which was great but the kettle had a strong smell of soap in it and made the tea taste soapy! That's was my only negative though. Otherwise it was reasonable cost compared to city centre Vienna and good transport available nearby.

Room was ok, stinky towels, horrible view from the windows (abundant carpark or industrial like area). Very dry check in. Unwelcoming staff.
