We booked two rooms with air conditioning. However, neither of the rooms we were given had working air conditioning. They both had a/c units installed, but the units wouldn't turn on. The person at the front desk came to take a look, and just explained that the a/c doesn't work in that part of the building. They offered us a free sauna voucher for the inconvenience, which we declined as we would not have had the chance to use it during our stay. After that, we received zero contact attempts from the staff to try and rectify the situation, despite clearly stating we were extremely unhappy and would absolutely not have booked rooms at this hotel, had we known about the air conditioning. There were quite a few smaller issues with the stay as well, but the false advertising considering the room was definitely the worst for us. We will absolutely not be staying at this establishment again, nor will we recommend doing so to anyone else. It might be an okay place to stay at for a much lower price point, but is nowhere near worth the price we paid.

Clean room with lot of space, close to downtown with lot's of amenities, good restaurant in hotel and for breakfast; but hallways a little dirty and sad.

Siisti hoteli ja palvelut lähellä, mm. tori jossa runsas tarjonta elintarvikkeita. Viihtyisä hotellihuone. Ilmastointi. Remontoidut huoneet. MTV 3 näkyi televisiosta. Aamupala runsas, mutta lämpimät ruoat haaleita.

Great room and great breakfast buffet. WIFI wasn't the greatest.

Både jag och min kollega fick matförgiftning av frukosten så istället för att sitta i planerade möten en halvdag satt vi i varsin toalett på jobbet och spydde. Gällande städningen fanns det många stora silverfiskar i badrummet vilket inte var trevligt att gå in till.... Annars nyrenoverat och fint men frukosten och städningen behöver bli bättre.

Very clean and convenient. Only 10 minutes away from the historical center. Great for a quick visit in Tartu!

Hyvä sijainti ja siisti perustasoinen hotelli. Aamupala vaatimaton. Pienillä jutuilla (kunnon isot pyyhkeet, parempi aamupala) saisi helposti nostettua perustasolta paremmaksi. Sauna ja porealtaat olivat lasten mieleen.
