Close distance to beach and food places. Staff are friendly and swimming pool is decent for children. Single beds are a little small and there are a few cockroaches and insects in the rooms. Rooms get humid as there is no AC or fan.

Stayed one night as a stop before we travelled to Tiznit. Big Hotel, great location near the beach. Old and a little worn down, could use some touching up. Large apartment and quiet. We had the balcony towards the kids pool and The Royal Tennis Court. A kids pool that our child (5yrs) happily used and a deeper pool that all of us could cool down in. It was a good place to stay for the money we paid.

Good old fashioned Moroccan hotel, hotel was clean and the friendly staff, pool is small but walking distance to most things. Would recommend

Stayed here for 4 nights after a 5-day stretch in Marrakech. For what you are paying, you get a lot of value. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big (large living room, functional kitchen with a large fridge, bedroom with two twin beds and a large enough bathroom that was clean), there were two pools (one shallow, one deeper), the location was very safe, and there were plenty of food options. If you're looking to save money, but still be close enough to rhe beach, then I definitely recommend staying here.

Very quiet, close to everything, friendly staff.

This hotel has a few good points but also some poor points. The staff are fabulous… from the porters, reception and the cleaners. Fatima was the lady who did my room and she is an absolute treasure ❤️ The porters are all very friendly and the reception staff very helpful. However, the rooms are dated and basic and the beds are tiny. The pool did look a little unclean and the pool lie-lows are a bit tired looking. In fact most of it is tired looking. I still enjoyed my stay though… mainly down to the lovely staff

Great location, but the apartment wasnt well insulated from noise. Check in took longer than i hoped for but the cleaners and bellboys were friendly a d everything was acceptable, especially for the price. The pool is small and inly 0.9m deep, so don't expect to swim there, but the beach is 10 mins walk

Needs better furniture

I like this hotel alot. Large hotel room with bathroom, balcony and kitchen. All the staff are very friendly.

L’hôtel mérite une rénovation surtout les salles de bain et toilettes

Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens. Many people in the apartment block were also woken up by the loudness of the Cockerell and the time of the morning. What a shame as it really spoilt our stay on this occasion. I will not be staying there again unless the problem has been resolved. Building work was also taking place nearby but the work was carried out during the normal working day and didn't really cause too much noise at all. Other than that the apartments and building were very clean, very nice staff and a very central area handy for shops, restaurants and of course the beach. I would normally highly recommend staying here but I cannot recommend doing so until the problem with the crowing Cockerell is sorted out. It still woke me up even using ear buds and with all the windows closed. So please take this in mind before deciding to make your booking as the noise is also affecting other apartments and hotels in the local area.

It has an Arabian night feel to it, which is beautiful. It is very spacious, with large living room for guests, and balcony, to look onto the street.
