Room was small but adequate. Bed extremely comfortable especially the pillows. Shower excellent. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely reasonable choice and top quality ingredients. Hotel is very well placed and the staff were very helpful.

Small and old room. You couldn't pull the curtain aside because of the view from the room opposite. Breakfast wasn't very interesting. Good location if you don't have a car. Parking fee was 18 euros p

The hotel was very well positioned within walking distance of all the historical sites and restaurants. The underground carpark was accessed via a car lift which was a new experience. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and very tasty. Room was clean and comfortable but a little small. It was ok for an overnight stay.

What a great hotel! Great location, nice room, very kind and helpful staff, all the right facilities, good parking (when available). Cant'think of anything wrong with it. We'd recommend it without reservation.

The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. It is also in the centre of Almeria. The only surprise was that there were no plug sockets by the beds and only 2 sockets at the desk which were in use with the tv/fridge and light. We sorted by buying a 4 plug (3 of us in the room) extension lead.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, a secure car park was a massive bonus (you drive your car into a lift which takes you to the underground car park). Everywhere is immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are literally dozens and dozens of lovely bars and restaurants on your doorstep and all the must-see sites are all within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we had a very small room and no window facing outside, only one facing the hallway. Because of that, we couldn’t sleep well since it was very noisy. The wall panel behind the bed was loose and moved when touched, and next to the bed there was a large hole in the wall where electrical outlets were apparently supposed to be.

Hotel is superbly located to easily visit the cultural highlights of the city whilst at the same time being within walking distance of most of the other places of interest. The staff were extremely friendly and effective. If I was to return to Almeria, I would stay again.

We were amazed buy the warm welcome of the nice young lady with long brow hair at the reception. She was super helpfull. We really recommend this hotel.

Staff on reception gave us an excellent welcome, and were lovely throughout, always saying hello and asking how we could be helped. The room was clean but in the decor it was dated. Our wardrobe mirror door had a big crack that was gaffer taped up. There were no electric plugs by the bed and the carpet was very old. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very good, although clearly a bath had been removed to make a large shower, as the bath taps were still in the wall feeding the shower. Actually a very clever cost cutting idea! We were give a choice of room on the inside outside of the building. Wanting fresh air we said outside. Now what we gained in air we lost in outside noise from the bar below. But that was fine. Lots of storage. Breakfast had a decent choice of offerings. Coffee was ok. Breakfast staff were nice too. Hotel position is perfect for the old town and it feels as if the new chain running it is only trying to improve things further. It is VERY clean. Recommended.

Hotel was spotless and staff very friendly.located in good area close to shops ,bars and cafes.Maybe having a kettle in the rooms would be nice but overall can’t fault this hotel.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. No wifi in the room, but it worked in the hall.
