The hotel has a terrific location for dining, shopping, and is close to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with taxis and wake up calls They offer an excellent breakfast.

We stay for just one night ,but the breakfast was good and it’s not a long walk distance from the beach . It’s located in a center of the city and you have public transpiration near.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was most impressed with the reception staff. I had missed bringing an electrical converter with me and went downstairs to ask where I might find one. The reception staff handed me one and just asked that I return it upon checkout. She also ordered an early morning taxi for me, that came on time. Excellent stay.

Bodde her en uke. Ble vesentlig bedre da vi fikk rom med balkong. En av damene i baren var konstant i dårlig humør og skapte negativ opplevelse. De øvrige var hyggelige og ytet god service. Frokosten kunne med fordel vært mer variert.

It’s a nice and value hotel , the negative is bathroom and shower is not in perfect shape actually really bad . Public toilet area was under construction and very dirty should better been close , Busniess center very old . Gepgraphic it’s really good located and good breakfast

The guy at reception was very unlike person ,the WiFi is not working,the towels wasn’t clean ….bad stay !!

All in all we enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice room with a view towards the sea. We had a few issues which the hotel staff dealt with quickly. Parking is very limited at the hotel but there is free parking quite close by. The hotel is situated in a central position right by the St Lazarus search and very close to the beach and numerous local shops and restaurants. The only negatives would be the lighting in the room which could be brighter and the fresh fruit option at breakfast which was not very appetising.

I've been staying at Livodhiotas during visits to Cyprus since 2008. I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether it is securing my lost luggage when it finally arrives, booking taxis, or providing wake-up calls. The location is terrific, within walking distance to everywhere I want to go in Larnaka. The room is comfortable and clean, and the price makes for good value.
