Very central Near rome central station Near many attraction that we can walk

Blev lidt skuffet over at værelset var så lille og ukomfortabelt. Lyset over spejlet i værelset virkede ikke. Det blev påtalt men ikke repareret. Kaffemaskinen til morgenmad virkede ikke fuldt ud.

Water temperature in faucets was inconsistent other than that it was great! Staff was accommodating and very pleasant and the room was clean.

Hotellet ligger centralt i byen. Der er rent på værelserne. Morgenmaden kan man nemt springe over./( anbefales). Sengene er faste, og sikre derved, at man ikke risikerer at sove for længe.

The reception staff were helpful and pleasant and the lady at the breakfast area was very friendly.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was u.a. zur Folge hatte, dass immer eine sehr feuchte süßliche Luft im Zimmer war. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es nur schwer zu ertragen. Auf dem Bett und im Badezimmer, sowie in den Handtüchern fand ich täglich fremde Haare. Für den Preis und die Lage ist es insgesamt okay gewesen. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal aber ein anderes Hotel wählen.

A localização é boa, muito perto de Roma Termini. O quarto é confortável, tinha frigobar mas este nao funcionava. As toalhas de banho sao de qualidade ruim e o café da manhã é a pior coisa. Tem pouquíssimas opções, baixa qualidade, para torrar o pão é necessário segurar durante todo o tempo, o que mais uma vez mostra a avareza do gerente do Hotel. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Buen hotel y buen servicio

Such an old hotel with no A/C. I asked about the old mini split in the room, but they don’t turn them on from October to March. The fuse/breaker box was broken and so dirty, there was long hair on the shower walls. I will not stay here again.

La habitación está bien para pasar la noche, las camas no son lo más cómodo pero está limpio todo, la única pega el baño perdía agua y más de uno se dio un resbalón…

A mí y a mis hermanas nos encantó. El trato y las instalaciones fueron muy buenos. Volveré. Sentimos no haber podido extender nuestra estancia... Gracias.

Excelente orientación por parte del personal para poder moverte en la ciudad.

L albergo si trova a due isolati dalla Stazione Termini, in zona praticamente pedonale e ha delle belle camere silenziose. La mia aveva il bagno ristrutturato, con doccia, e un ottimo materasso. Anche la prima colazione a buffet era oltre le aspettative rispetto alla categoria dell’hotel. Gestione famigliare e staff molto gentile. Ascensore. Ci tornerò di sicuro. Buona Reception h24 e ristoranti e bar molto vicini

Other than the proximity to the train station and the rate, there is not much going for this hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was not worth the 3 euros, the safe was broken, no hair dryer in the room, and the old caged elevator was terribly dusty. I stayed 6 nights and if I could have cancelled and moved I would have. The staff was nice enough though.

Room was dirty. Mold was all over the shower and curtain. We even found a toenail on the floor by the bed! The photos must have been taken years ago.

Good clean hotel at reasonable price. Staff was excellent. Good breakfast. all equipment worked well except hot water temperature and pressure was low.

Camera singola. Prezzo inadeguato in rapporto alla qualità della struttura e alla zona. Stanza vecchia e bagno che richiederebbe una notevole manutenzione: rubinetti corrosi e water con scarico difettoso che spruzza in giro. All’arrivo non c’era a disposizione neanche lo shampoo per la doccia, presente invece il secondo giorno. Muro molto sottile con vicino che ha sentito musica fino a tarda notte. E purtroppo con le tende e persone non è stato possibile riesce ad avere il buio totale in stanza. Il personale è gentile ma c’è poca elasticità e attenzione al cliente: avevo prenotato per tre notti e con dei giorni di anticipo avevo richiesto di poter annullare la prenotazione di una notte, non aspettandomi un rimborso completo ma almeno di una parte del prezzo pagato: mi hanno detto che non era possibile in quanto ho pagato a loro dire un prezzo inferiore prenotando tramite app. Ho comunque fatto una notte in meno, con il risultato che probabilmente l’hanno data a nuovi ospiti ricevendo doppio pagamento per una stanza.
