The hotel was beautiful, every single staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional, and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. Also, the wait staff helping for breakfast need to be a bit more cheerful to the guests.

Smukt hotel. Desværre var tagterrassen og poolen lukket, da vi besøgte hotellet. Denne oplysning havde de ikke meddelt forinden opholdet. Endda på trods af de vidste, jeg medbragte to børn. For dårligt. Restaurantpersonalet gav ikke den service man må forvente af et 5-stjernet hotel. Desuden var kvaliteten af morgenmad også skuffende. Der var en ung mand, som både hjalp som tjener og som concierge. Han var den eneste medarbejder på hotellet der ønskede at give service. Hotellet har en super beliggenhed. Værelserne er rummelige.

Very disappointed that the pool wasn’t available for us during our stay. As we only booked this wee only chose the hotel because of it having a pool. And played a premium for it not to be told until we arrived. Totally out of order.

Property is uniquely situated in a narrow alley within the Roman wall. What sets the Mercer apart is the exceptional staff who are eager to meet your every need. The furnishings and decor are upscale and very modern. Some of the lounge furniture is too low for older couples, and the flexibility of the shower floor posed some difficulties for me with my mobility issues, but the other amenities more than compensate for any minor irritations. Lovely place to stay. Happy to highly recommend

No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests.

This property is wonderful! Can’t say enough about the impeccable service, good food and friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful. Every amenity is available to you. 5 star luxury hotel! We loved it. P.S. Get the breakfast every morning. You won’t regret it!

First class hotel, the staff are phenomenal, the room was more than we could wish for! Do yourself a favour and stay here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The room was overpriced for its small size and felt cramped, while the toilet was uncomfortable. The hotel had promised me a twin bed room, but they didn’t provide it when I checked in. There was no hot water kettle, and the absence of a bathtub was a letdown. The room itself was dark and uninviting, and it was also noisy at night due to people in the street outside my window. Additionally, taxis couldn't park outside, forcing me to carry my luggage and walk about 200 meters to the entrance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its lack of comfort and accessibility.
