Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!

Best part was the Mineral salt bath! Thr bedrooms are small and very narrow stairs. Food very pricey and just ok, but staff was great and people very nice! Beautiful Mountain Views and the park for kids is wonderful

Views were outstanding! The Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained. Hiking trails were fun. We will be back!

Die angeschlossene Therme ist sehr schön und modern und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur leider gab es in der Therme das falsche Getränk und abends im Restaurant das falsche Gericht, nach gut einer Stunde Wartezeit. Und die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Übermässig teuer ist die Fahrt mit der Rigibahn. Aber bei Hotelübernachtung spart man sich wenigstens die Hälfte der Kosten.

Everything about our stay was excellent! We highly recommend this resort as a fantastic option to enjoy a mountain spa & hotel with a staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent service, hospitality and friendliness! We did not want to leave and that we can return some day!

ich habe eine auszeit benötiget auch zum die hitze zu entziehen..aber das badewasser war mir zu warm deswegen empfehle ich nur die kälte temperaturen zum das wellness bereich benützen..und kann sein das der klima anlagen im hotel nicht funktionierte? sost alles gut..gerne wörde ich mal wiederkommen in zusammenhang mit wanderung. freundlichen grüsse P.Herzog

Best spa experience I had. Nice restaurant and reasonably priced. Great breakfast with many nice options. Very friendly staff. So close to the train and lift. Highly recommended.

Zimmer müssten dringen renoviert werden … sehr ringhörig …. Frühstück super und sehr netter Service…. Parkgebühren in Vitznau sehr hoch … Abendkarte grosse Auswahl und sehr gut…

신혼여행으로 방문~ 2박 했어요. 스파도, 룸 컨디션도, 주변환경도 모두 만족스러웠어요. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 문의사항에 확실하게 답변 해주셨어요!! 그리고 조식이 기대이상이었어요~!! 다만, 시내에 나갔다가 저녁에 숙소 돌아올때 산악열차 시간이 조금 뜨는부분이 불편했어요. 하지만 그부분을 고려해도 충분히 만족할만한 호텔이었습니다!!

Clean but there is no fridge in room. My room has a little carpeted play area in 2nd floor from by Climbing the ladder. Beautiful views from room window.Nice spa with natural mineral worm water. Breakfast included. 50 steps waiting distance from train station.

The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful setting, and the star feature of the hotel is the access to the mineral baths / spa facility. The hotel rooms themselves are rather small and spare; the bathrooms are small and somewhat dated. But everything is clean, and the hotel restaurant staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained.

Das Zimmer war sehr kahl und kalt eingerichtet. Keine Bilder keine Accessoires. Es war eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Ist eher unnötig. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Minibar wäre vorteilhafter. Die Schränke waren alt und verzogen. Das Restaurant war super. Gutes Essen, frendluches aufmerksames Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich.
