There were 4 adults in our party and we all agreed that the property was absolutely beautiful with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Our suites were spotless. Every one of the staff were so nice and welcoming, The breakfast was amazing, we also had lunch and dinner a couple of times and those were lovely too. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Bardolino. Thanks to all the lovely staff for helping to make our holiday so special. K McA

We traveled as a family of 4 (14 and 7) the staff were so helpful and cheerful. The rooms were a great size. We had the king bed and the kids each had singles set up in the living room area. A bottle of water was complimentary daily, as they came and cleaned the room, fresh towels and replaced the water. The restaurant upstairs had a beautiful buffet breakfast daily with so much variety and delicious food. A coffee machine available. If you’re going to book absolutely add on the buffet. We had dinner a couple nights at the restaurant as well, again delicious food, with great variety and also great kids meals that got the tick from a fussy 7 year old. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking and we loved our time at this resort. Love the quick walk to the lake and also so many other restaurants. Could have easily spent another week here. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nachwievor gut gepflegte Anlage in schönem Park. Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte besser sein, erschien sehr oberflächlich. Personal etc. einwandfrei und in Summe empfehlenswert

Schickes, weitläufiges Hotel mit zwei Pools, großen Apartments und sehr freundlichem Personal! Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay und das Restaurant (für Abendessen) preiswert.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und perfekt gereinigt. Die Anlage ist super und sauber gehalten.

Wir waren jetzt das zehnte Mal im Germano und planen schon den nächsten Urlaub im Herbst des Jahres. Die Zimmer, besser: die Appartements, sind sehr geräumig, immer sehr sauber und bieten uns und unserem Hund jede Möglichkeit für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Terrasse! Tolles Zimmer mit zwei separaten Zimmern.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Schöne Anlage, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

struttura molto bella nel periodo estivo nel periodo invernale sconsigliato perché le camere sono lontane dalla struttura centrale ci vogliono diverso minuti a piedi e non c’è percorso coperto per accedere alla spa devi prendere accappatoio e ciabatte e portartele fino la dove ti cambi… ovviamente immaginate la scomodità al ritorno. la piscina sapeva talmente di cloro che abbiamo capito della sua esistenza dall’odore alla reception le camere gelide con comando centralizzato comandato dalla reception per scaldarle ci é voluto un giorno intero con condizionatore vetusto che faceva un casino

Wir waren das achte mal im Hotel Parc Germano Suites in Bardolino am Gardasee und waren, wie in den vergangenen Jahren schon, sehr zufrieden. Die Hotelcrew ist ohne Ausnahmen äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund ist immer willkommen und die Größe bzw. die Ausstattung der Suiten kommt den Bedürfnissen unseres vierbeinigen Begleiters sehr entgegen. Danke dafür!

Das Apartment war okay. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und der Preis für das Ambiente zu hoch angesetzt. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage in Ordnung. Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist eher mager und nicht sonderlich gut.

Det var vores 5 gang på hotellet men desværre nok også den sidste . Der er simpelthen for mange hunde på hotellet som ejerne ikke har styr på . Ved voksen poolen ( Relax pool ) skal man høre på hunde som gør hele tiden . Ved morgenmaden er der hunde som ejerne heller ikke kan styre der ( forstår ikke man skal have sin hund med til morgenmad , den skulle gerne kunne være alene imens man spiser den ) . Hotel personalet ved godt det er et problem men kan ikke gøre noget da det skal komme fra ledelsen

Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back.

Beautiful apartment, loved the rooftop bar, breakfast was great, staff are super friendly and helpful. The additional adults pool is a big win. Would thoroughly recommend.
