Heel fijn hotel met goed ontbijt, ruime kamer, heel erg stil, geen geluid van andere gasten te horen. Heel vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. Als wij nog eens naar Zwolle zouden komen, dan zouden we voor dit hotel kiezen

Tout, personnel très sympa, chambre super confortable, hôtel bien neuf. Petit déjeuner super bon également.

Reasonable hotel to stay in Zwolle. Unfortunately, the staff came into our room twice while we asked to stay out.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, super Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, ruhig bequemes Bett. Nettes Personal und schönes Hotel. Frühstück hatte auch für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten.

Very kind and proactive team Large and quiet room and huge bath

I stayed at the Lumen Zwolle Hotel in August 2025 for three nights. This is a serviceable business hotel with an on-site restaurant. No am The hotels room are standard size, with a nice bathroom and a large desk. My room had a king size bed which was clean and comfortable. The room also has a coffee machine and an in- room small refrigerator. There is a small workout room with outdated basic equipment, but it has the essentials for guests trying to stay fit on the road. There is also a very large lounge with a bar and a large amount of casual seating for reading, doing work and meeting for groups. The attached restaurant, The Bluefinger, is a typical large open style of restaurant, similar to the Van Der Valk hotels. I visited only for breakfast, and the food selection was quite good, with fresh meats, fruits, cheeses, and assorted Dutch standard breakfast breads. you may also order a freshly made omelet and French toast from the grille. As I mentioned, this is a business hotel, with few amenities. It is located in a gated shopping area and is attached to other stores and a casino. Basically, this hotel is for sleeping, eating, and meetings if you have business. I will return when I visit Zwolle again.

On arrival the reception staff verbalised conflicting information regarding pricing and parking. However after speaking to the dury manager Laurie who listened to our chaotic introduction to the hotel, she resolved the situation and we began to feel more relaxed. We dinned in the restaurant for dinner and it was tasty so we decided to have lunch the following day also. Gluten free option available and tasty gf bread. Great to see our 2 little dogs were welcomed also.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, service, food and staff. Thank you, will come again.

Hotel was super fijn!! Ongelooflijk lelijk gelegen maar eenmaal binnen vond ik het heerlijk. Leuke dame bij de receptie ook, ga zeker terugkomen als ik weer in Zwolle moet zijn👍

Godt hotel

Aardig hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was schoon. Bed wat hard. Restaurant was mijn smaak niet maar dit is mijn persoonlijke voorkeur. Klimaat in kamer wat moeilijk te regelen en de open badkamer hoeft van mij ook niet.
