staff not helpful (a man staff in night time ) we call him for check foursome problem in my room he was not and the way he talk to the customer not good don't have service mind . and we have forgot the stuff in the room we contact them the hotel told me that don't see anything in the room and don't have any feedback . don't check the room is ready to check in or not the wifi is not good. and don't have microwave in the room but in the hotel.com website has show have microwave and when we ask for the microwave the staff said no have we have very bad experience in this hotel we will don't come here again

Rommet var ok, men dusjkabinettet hadde dører som må justeres. Pluss for balkong, persienner og kjøleskap. Aircondition innstilt på 21 grader føltes som 30. Frokosten var enkel, men fungerte så vidt. Beliggenheten var bra; kort vei til trikk og busser på Calea Mosilor, og ikke langt til gamlebyen. For øvrig litt tidens elde, med murpuss i taket på balkongen som er i ferd med å falle ned. Alt i alt et greit 3-stjerners hotell til en grei pris.

Good room

Venlig og hjælpsom reception. Pæne store værelser, dog var sengene ret hårde, og badeværelset kunne godt trænge til en opdatering.

Trevlig personal. Kalas med garage. Bra italiensk restaurang vägg i vägg.

The hotel is generally worn down and not maintained. They use plastic sheets of the same type as if you have children who wet the bed; it makes noise when you move and provides extremely poor sleeping comfort since you’re basically lying on a plastic bag. The Wi-Fi was slow, the mattress had been replaced and was about 10 cm too narrow for the actual bed frame. the toilet seat was loose, the left bedside lamp did not work, the showerhead was worn, the air conditioning cooled poorly – overall just a poorly maintained hotel room. We are surprised by the generally good reviews the hotel has received here in the app. It absolutely does not live up to the price or the reviews we had read.

Rummet ok med stor terrass - men tyvärr hade rummet stark cigarettrök lukt….. För övrigt bra läge, hotellfrukosten tillräcklig, billigtoch hjälpsam personal. Kan tänka mig att boka om hotellet även i framtiden.

This is a nice enough hotel for the price you pay. 15 min walk to the old town, nice restaurant just next door, free breakfast is basic but enough to sustain. Daily cleaning is minimal, only noticed them fold the bathmat, bin wasn’t emptied and bed not made. In our room the bed sounded like it was breaking every time we moved so sleep was minimal. The worst part is the ‘aircon’ system, you cannot change the temperature and it’s set to 21 degrees as standard!! So you have the option of being far too warm, or opening the balcony doors and having all the street noise and light come in, as well as the worry that any of the adjacent rooms could step over the divide between the balconies and come in.

Location was very convenient. We stayed on the 5th floor and the hot water pressure was spotty at best. Rooms were not cleaned often. Overall, a decent stay.

Una delle poche strutture con bidè a Bucarest. Personale cordiale ed una delle ragazze parla anche italiano in maniera fluente. Posizione abbastanza centrale ma non centralissima, poco più di 10 minuti di camminata per raggiungere il centro. Qualità/prezzo top ma piccola nota di demerito sull’ascensore: una lentezza esasperante.

God service vedr. rengøring m.m. God terrasse. Flinke medarbejdere. Morgenmaden kunne godt have et større udvalg af brød. Fin beliggenhed.
