Great location just on the outside of the city walls, easy walking into town to explore. 10mins walk to the train station too. We had a small room (intentionally for 1 night at the Lucca Summer Fest). It was good. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was also good. We would come back, but would upgrade the room. Breakfast was good, not loads of choice but the cappuccino’s kept flowing as we requested them!

Very good hotel. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast. Location ideally situated For visit to Lucca. We will return when next in Lucca.

Hotel magnifique , très bien situé a 10mn a pied de la Piazza Napoleone. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses ( 2 douches! ), climatiséescet propres. Literie et insonorisation au top . Personnel très sympatique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner varié avec que des produits frais et maison.

Rent og moderne hotell. Små rom, men fungerte godt. Sentralt og nær bykjerne.

Staff 100% Customer Focused. Breakfast good. But not excellent. They offer it as a 4 star hotel, but it is a regular 3 star hotel for an european standard. Tiny bathroom and elevador. Money for value: to expensive. More than 300 euros per day is really too much for this hotel!!!

Riktigt bra hotell precis utanför murarna. Väldigt trevlig personal och skönt med enkel parkering.

Flott hotell og rolig lite hotell. Ble positivt overraska og kan gjerne besøke det igjen. Veldig god seng og nydelig frokost.

Melhor opção para ficar fora da muralha e com acesso em menos de 5 minutos.

We liked the location of the hotel, the helpful staff, the room (10) and the amenities. This is our four time at the hotel and if we come to Lucca again will stay there.

Fint hotell! Bra bar tilknyttet hotellet. Bakdelen er beliggenhet ved en sterkt trafikkert hovedvei, så støy på rommet ( særlig ambulanser)

Our room was very clean and well appointed and within easy walking distance to the walled city of Lucca. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom.
