Hôtel agréable , bien situé au bord du lac . Petit déjeuner très riche , portions insuffisantes pour le prix . Salle de restaurant très agréable . Chambre spacieuse , pas de bouilloire .

Teiweisw Renovierung der Zimmer. Sauber und ordentlich für Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Eigene kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage vorhanden. Gute und diverse Restaurants und Casino im Haus.

Very far away from airport. Taxi very expensive ... good breakfast... in the middle of nowhere... good customer service and very nice staff

Dont spend the extra money to get the panoramic lake view... its a panoramic view of railroad tracks with trains passing all night long... the only time you can see the lake is when you are right up to the window off to the side. The ac barely works and its hot and stuffy, if you open the window you will be attacked by mosqitos all night long. Also our shower head was broken and only held at the absolute bottom. Asked to switch rooms, was refused. No coffee machine or hot water pot. The food was okay at the restaurant. Also, takes like an hour to get into Zurich, its way on tge outskirts if you are not familiar with the area.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Adresse wenn man in Pfäffikon ist. Alles bestens.

We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake.

Good hotel in great location for lake and train.

We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.
