very well maintained hotel with exceptional staff. highly recommend.

Rooms are small but had what we needed. It is easy to hear others in their rooms, but most are there for the outdoors, so it was quiet after 9 pm. The optional breakfast buffet for 16 CF was quite good with a worker there keeping everything refilled and clean. There was an open kitchen downstairs for anyone staying to use. It was well equipped and had an eating area. Of note: they are serious about NO food in the rooms. Not even tea!! There must have been problems to have such serious rules. I did have tea without issue, but I took my teacup back to the kitchen as instructed. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train, but taxis are available. Zermatt does not allow cars, so expect to walk, and dodge out of the way of fast bikes and electric taxis.

The location of the property is great! It’s very close to the train station, friendly staff and very comfortable bed. I would go back to this place given the opportunity and would recommend to my friends and family.

Building is falling apart. Bathroom had plaster molding and falling off the wall. Bathroom floor had chipped and cracked tiles. Towels were old ( could buy nicer towels at a second hand store) . No coffee maker , rude female front desk staff. Horrible place !!!!

1人で最上階の屋根裏部屋に２泊しました。 小さなホテルで施設も古めですが清潔に保たれていて、スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで居心地の良い滞在でした。再びツェルマットに来る事があれば利用したいと思います。

Walking around was easy to go in ether direction

Nice place. Great breakfast. Easy and convenient to reach all activities.

This hotel was in a great location and the room was very nice. It was a little hot with no A/C, but other than that, no complaints. The breakfast was very good.

When checking in we were told the room we reserved with three beds should have been reserved for three people which we were unaware of when booking it (we reserved for 2). So after the person got done laughing at us for this mistake (he later apologized) we agreed to pay an additional $150 US dollars. We paid the amount, received our keys and settled into our rooms. The next morning when going out for the day, another employee stopped us saying we need to pay even more then what was agreed upon, and demanded more money. We indicated we already paid the extra and would not pay more the second time. That evening they stopped us again and said what we were doing was illegal unless we paid more. This made absolutely no sense but we then had to pay them a third time another $203. While we stayed at numerous hotels on our trip through Switzerland and Germany, this was by far the worst experience we had. For sub-par rooms having to pay them three times and deal with angry staff almost ruined our experience traveling to what was otherwise a great town.

Loved the town and the hotel.

Affordable, clean and easily accessible from Zermatt main village - around a 15min walk. Only negative was I didn't think the breakfast was good value.

Amazing Place to Stay!

雖然距離策馬特火車站有一點距離，但沿路的風光很美，我慢慢的遊走到酒店，路過看見「馬特洪峰」很自然會停下來打一下卡，小酒店整體服務水平可以接受，員工也很禮貌，房間有小露台可向着他們的小花園，以這個價錢來說很化算，環境也很好。 還有在酒店出來的小路上你會遇見一間自選材料的Pizza店，這家店的Pizza也不錯。

Everything was good. Staff was nice and helpful.
