It's very unethical to force guests to upgrade rooms when it's unnecessary. I booked 3 bedrooms for 3 adults and a child. Just because I have a child you asked me to upgrade my room. Do you think the child needs an extra bed to sleep? Don't be nosy as we already know how much our capacity is when we decide to book. Parking provided is also not a proper one. You just have to park at the back route of the hotel and spaces are very limited. I'm not sure during peak season how you are going to find a space. Pangkor is very bad nowadays. Not even recommended people to even go there. This is my first visit after more than 10years. I will not go again I think. No improvements whatsoever. Plus lousy customer service. They only want your money. They don't even care how your experience turns out to be.

Overall, I had a great experience with the coral bay resort. Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and nice. Thank you so much 😊
Bilik selesa, bersih, dan luas. Memang sangat puas hati untuk percutian keluarga, kolam renang bersih dan besar. Kemudahan sekliling hotel pun banyak, cuma menu sarapan boleh dipelbagaikan lagi, ada rezeki boleh datang lagi ☺️
